They replaced my boiler, moving it to a different location in the kitchen. They were efficient and carried out the work on time and cleared up the mess afterwards. They have promptly carried out boiler services every year since. I have had no problems.

Had a back boiler in fireplace that was replaced with a new Worcester Bosch and moved to loft so lots of work to do there. The whole experience was stress free , very competitive price with a 7 year guarantee (2 years parts and labour , 5 years parts) .

I had my boiler installed Four years ago now and have just had an annual service. David and his guys are efficient, professional, tidy, punctual and hard working. Everything about this company is quality, the boilers and the staff. My girlfriend has since had her boiler replaced by 1st Call and so has my downstairs neighbour who both are very pleased as well. Have had our boiler installed for nearly 2 years now and can honestly say it's money well spent the service was excellent and continues to be so as we use them to service the boiler our home has never been warmer . They fitted a Worcester Bosch combi boiler which is very efficient and extremely economical would highly recommend this company

5*s all the way from the initial contact, through to the survey and then the installation. The guys were superb, no challenge was too big (my previous boiler was in a tight kitchen cupboard above the sink) and all completed without a moan. I was really impressed with the installation and the house was left very clean and tidy afterwards. The price was very competitive and value for money. If you are looking for a Boiler Installer, especially one specialising and accredited by Worcester Bosch, then look no further.
