Old school! It was refreshing to see that there are some very professional delivery drivers around.This companies driver was exceptional. He phoned me to apologise he could not deliver my parcel that day but would contact me the following day and give me a time. He did this and without hesitation bought the heavy package into my flat. He then asked me to check over for any damage, opening the box checking it was in order before politely asking me to sign. Nothing was too much trouble, he said he loved his job even though he had done a huge amount of miles that day. Monty was old school a valuable asset to the company. Old school!

I rang up having been advised to do so by a local plumber. He had installed one of their taps 18 months ago but it was now dripping. I wasn't particularly confident of getting anywhere as I wasn't the one making the original purchase and had no invoice number or receipt. But to my surprise and delight, they very quickly agreed to send me some replacement parts which should resolve the issue. So I'm very impressed.

Just over 2 years ago, we bought a Clearwater Elegance for our kitchen sink.
In line with their recommendations, only wiping regularly with the cleaning cloth provided with the tap (no cleaners used.)However, the tap developed a black ring around the base.
So contacted Sterling customer service for advice on how the mark could be removed. Chloe from customer service was brilliant with a quick response explaining possible causes and just asking for purchase details. A new tap was sent, received within 2 days.
Although bought over 2 years ago, Sterling still provided excellent customer service-acknowledgment, explanation, solution.
Without any hesitation, would trust & recommend Sterling. Thank you to Chloe & team at Sterling.

I rang Sterling to order a cartridge valve for a kitchen tap that had started leaking.
I gave the lady some basic details and she knew immediately what part I needed.
It arrived the next day. 10 minutes to fix and all good again.

We saw this company online when we were looking for an off white kitchen sink. They offered much more than the run of the mill sinks we had seen elsewhere. We rang to ask if they could send out a sample of the Kameo Blizzard so we could check the colour against our worktop. The sample arrived the following day and was a perfect match. We ordered the sink and a matching tap the same day and it was delivered 48 hours or two working days later. The sink was so well packaged that there was never any danger of it being damaged in transit.
Overall we are really impressed with the service from this company and would highly recommend.
Sink tap was leaking from the spout seals, they sent us new seals, we fitted them but it still leaked, so they sent us a new spout, we fitted this and it stopped leaking. We'll done Sterling you helped us out, thanks. Great service

You can always judge a company by how they deal with problems. Sterling were faultless.
We had a new kitchen mixer tap which sadly developed a small fault after 3 years. It had started to drip. I contacted Sterling as there was a 5 year guarantee but expected little, thinking I would be 'fobbed' off but no. Shout out to Chloe, who immediately sympathised, apologised and confirmed she would sort it. The fault was quickly identified and a replacement part sent, received the next day and the problem resolved. They went over and above to make sure I was satisfied. I don't buy new taps everyday but if the time comes I would happily buy from Sterling again.

Unfortunately a product I received was damaged - a ceramic sink destined for my new kitchen. I contacted the company via an online complaint form and was amazed to receive a phone call and an email within an hour! The customer service was exemplary, I spoke with Becky who could not have been more helpful - she sorted everything out super-efficiently, without fuss and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this excellent company.
