Excellent aftercare service, used for annual boiler service, had a issue with refilling the system the during bathroom refurbishment, called 1st Call after 6pm and resolved problem whilst on phone - none of the usual press 1 etc.

Scott & Denny fitted a new boiler on 23rd April. They were very efficient and carried out the job quickly and with a minimum of fuss. Everything was left clean and tidy and we are very happy with our new Worcester Bosch boiler. We would thoroughly recommend this excellent company to anybody who is thinking of sorting out or replacing their boiler.

After my old Gas Combi boiler failed they were very quick, efficient and friendly in providing a competitive quote to replace with a Worcester-Bosch. They arranged a date with minimal delay and, on the day, arrived on time and did a good job whilst explaining everything. Would recommend.

In response to the Warm As Worcester Worcester Bosch tv advert, I went on their website to find an accredited installer in my area. With their 79 5* Trustpilot reviews 1st Call Services stood out as the company to contact. From first contact to installation I cannot fault them and can see why they get the reviews they do. I was also able to take advantage of one of their Boiler Finance deals and defer payment for up to a year. After being let down by various other companies, I would seriously recommend 1st call for boiler, service, repair and installation.

Dave has carried out lots of work over the years for us, from fitting a new boiler and servicing it to helping when radiators aren't working properly. He is extremely helpful and his work is excellent. Not only that but he is friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. Fully recommended.

An extremely helpful, friendly and speedy service. Being a complete novice when it comes to boilers, 1st Call Services were so helpful in highlighting the issue extremely quickly and the issue rectified shortly after. Offered great advice on maintaining my boiler and a quick run through the basics in boiler pressure. Booked them to flush the system but the boiler gave in and sprung leaks. (boiler was old and in house when purchased) stopped the flush cleaned up everything re arranged their workload and came and fitted a new worcester boiler within a couple of days. Good price and service. Very helpful clean and tidy. Could have been a nightmare but Dave sorted it all out.

As other reviewers have written the service is excellent. From the technical side;
1. pipework very neat and tidy - true tradesmanship. 2.They fitted genuine Bosch magnetic filter (other contractors often fit cheaper versions).
3.The whole system was flushed through with a Magnaclean flushing machine - far less damage than Power flushing. Worth watching YouTube.
4. Team comprises: 2 very experienced technicians plus an excellent apprentice.

The survey was carried out by the guys who actually do the job and David (the proprietor) makes up the team on the day. (Unlike some other contractors who sub the work out).

David and his team helped us fit in a new boiler. Given the location and the condition of the old boiler, it wasn't an easy task. David and his team were very well informed and professional. Great guys, they knew what they're doing, we would happily recommend them.
