Always have difficulty logging in but customer service were very helpful last time . But being of a certain age I wish it would be easier to view or perhaps a confidential email with updates and numbers more personal approach would be better for me

Transfering Funds
I needed to transfer some of my pension pot to my regular bank account, it is so easy with nest, I just had to answer a few questions and a few minutes later was sent a message to say that the money would be transferred within the next 5 to 10 business days.

Having a pension with nest already made it so easy for me to transfer an existing pension with them .
All I had to do was provide the details ad they took care of the rest .
All done in a swift and timely order I can't recommend them highly enough.

Worst pension provider
They make it hard to transfer my pension out.
The fund they run is awful or non-existent, my money did not grow at all in one year outside my own contributions.
Their website is awful, and sometimes you randomly can't use their site at night.

People pension to NEST
Before i was with NEST i was with the peoples pension hqd been for few years then when i started my new job 4 yrs ago i was addmitted into NEST i never found time to transffer my other pension pot into NEST and was unsure how to.
Then i went onto the app and followed the instructions that was basically mapped out for me. I had no idea how easy it was you just put in details from your old pension and NEST did the rest within a month my old pension was added to my NEST pension. Fast easy to use would highly reccomend.

Transferring my other pension with nest is so easy just a few information need filling and they’ll do the rest, I don’t need to do anything. And they let me know when the fund is been transferred.
