I had a very disappointing experience with Nestesia. I placed an order for a stainless steel tumbler and received a dispatch message, but on the delivery day, I got no call or message from the delivery agent. After a few days, I was told the delivery failed and the order was returned.

When I contacted Nestesia, they said they don’t issue refunds and only credit the amount to the Nestesia Wallet. I didn’t want that, but they refused a cash refund. I reluctantly ordered again using the wallet balance—and the same thing happened. No call, no delivery, and again it was marked as failed.

Now I’ve paid twice and received nothing, and they still refuse to refund me. This is extremely frustrating and unfair to customers. Please improve your delivery and refund policy. I no longer trust ordering from this site.

They sell very cheap quality and within few use it's start getting damaged and upon contacting they said they don't provide any support. Please don't buy waste of money

The pieces were broken, the refund policy of this website sucks, I ordered for the first time from here and they were a huge disappointment. the original shipment was delayed 5 days and when received my items were broken. I certainly do not recommend this company.

I’ve been using Nestasia’s Sealed 3 compartment tiffin with care, including weekly deep cleaning using vinegar and baking soda to maintain hygiene. Still, the gasket developed mold over time which can happen with regular use of food containers.

When I contacted the brand for a replacement gasket, I was told that spare parts are not available and that gaskets only come as part of a full set. This essentially renders the entire tiffin unusable just because of one small, essential part.

It’s extremely disappointing that a brand offering food storage products doesn’t provide access to basic replacements. This approach is not only impractical but also unsustainable. It seems the product may be outsourced and resold without any long-term support or parts availability.

I would not recommend this product to anyone expecting durability, good customer service, or responsible after sales support.

The order was delivered ahead of schedule, they considered my request of making the delivery early which was very humble of them. The order was beautiful, I ordered a pink vintage heart shaped mirror.

The quality was good as well as the pricing.

Well, i had the worst experience with them, it was broken into small pieces and yet they wanted me to open the box and share photos and videos as per their policy. Also, their policy does not have refund to bank account. I had to request my family member to remove the broken pieces and send me a video. As their team wanted complete. When I agreed for replacement they asked me for a video and said only one jar is broken and we will get that one jar replaced. How unprofessional can a team be? First asking me to take detailed video and then mentioning that we will replace only one jar, when i asked for refund they said it will be in your credit of your account. How can i use the credit when all the experience was so bad. Worst experience with any home decor company. Will not call this as a brand. Don’t waste your money.
