Order is said to be delivered. But still not delivered. Cheating at ITS PEAK.

WORST COMPANY - HOME ESSENTIALS INDIA

WORST COMPANY! I hope people see this and never order from them. They deliver defective and damaged products and cant even refund. I got so fed up trying to reach out to them. They need to be sued for not even returning the money back. Their website is completely deceiving. Extremely poor service.

SCAM COMPANY WITH NO DELIVERIES

NO DELIVERY - SCAM COMPANY! Do not buy anything especially online and none of the orders would be shipped and you will have to go through lot of trouble just to get your money back. The products will never get shipped and no one pick your call and every time, after 10 mins of wait time the call was put to disconnect automatically. Also attaching the proof of what my recent experience is. This seems to be happening for every order.

Failure to deliver free gift.

The product itself was 60 - 70% upto the mark. I placed two orders worth Rs 7,999/- each.
However the free gift which was promised wasn't delivered.
Order ID : 1241789 and 1235794.
Disappointed that they failed to deliver the same after having delivered the main order.

Worst customer experience — wrong product delivered twice, no refund after 5+ weeks

I placed an order for a laundry basket in January 2026 and what followed has been an absolute nightmare.
First delivery (January 19): I received a broken, wrong product. The item was damaged and had missing parts that didn't even match the product I ordered.
After repeated complaints, Home Essentials finally agreed to a replacement and scheduled a reverse pickup. That process itself took ages with zero proactive communication.
Replacement delivery (February 11): Again the wrong product was sent. The package was so small it couldn't possibly contain a laundry basket.
Reverse pickup attempt (February 14): The courier refused to pick up the return because their system showed two pickup requests against one parcel I had received. A mess entirely of their making.
It is now February 18 — over five weeks since my original order — and I still have the wrong product sitting at home, no pickup arranged, and no refund processed despite it being explicitly promised.
To make matters worse, throughout this entire ordeal their chatbot kept sending me promotional discount messages while my complaint was completely unresolved. The contrast between their aggressive marketing and their total failure at customer service is appalling.
I would strongly advise anyone thinking of ordering from Home Essentials to reconsider. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration.

I ordered two items from this store

I ordered two items from this store. One step ladder which I was very happy with. Later I ordered a travel walking stick with folding seat. The product did not work properly and I immediately attempted to return it. However I had to make repeated calls to customer support for them to acknowledge the return request. It’s been 20 days to date and they have still not picked up the item. Very untrustworthy site!

Cleaning Product

According to your return policy, if a customer is not satisfied with the product quality, the item is eligible for return. I purchased this cleaning brush trusting that policy.
However, now your company is denying the return, which is completely unfair and against your own stated policy.
The quality of the product is extremely poor and does not justify the price you are charging. The material and finishing are very cheap. Compared to your product, similar items from other companies are available at a much lower price with far better quality.
I am not satisfied with this product at all and I want to return it. Kindly arrange the return and refund at the earliest. Denying a valid return request is unacceptable and misleading for customers.

The order placed on homeessentials site

I had placed an order for a360degree rotating stool for rs 2375.And I got a whatsapp message from amazon shipping about the delivery.When I gt the delivery I checked only the amazon tapes on the packageand paid for it.But when I opened the package it was just a cushion filled with beads.when I contacted homeessentials and told them about this fake delivery they told me that they will investigate and get back to me.Asked me to share videos of the delivered item and the payment details.After more than 2 weeks they are saying I may have ordered the item from some other site as they don't have the item listed on their website.This company is fake one.Showing the pictures taken from google and cheating people.Please never order anything from this site.

Bought a cooker from this rip-off…

Bought a cooker from this rip-off company .customer service zero as all they do is lie when the cooker arrived. The cooker was faulty. The oven would only work for about nine minutes and then shut off but you could still use the hob so I phoned them up and they said I need to send a picture Which is what I did. They said. I’d wait 3 to 5 days for a response which I replied I am not paying for a cooker that is faulty and they said to wait for the email which is what I did and they said they needed another photograph of the wires which is what I did Still I had to wait then they said it’s the terminals and to refer to my handbook or the manual for the cooker so I phoned up electrician and he told me that’s rubbish the terminals on the back of the cooker it’s three 1 earth 1 for negative and one for life And the cooker had all of them otherwise none of the cooker would work that’s all they did was lie kept banging all about terminals. I refuse to pay and they refuse to pick the cooker up. It was the worst three months of my life. They sent a bad report about payment to my credit score because I refuse to pay for it in the end they did phone me up and gave me a sob story that they will take the cooker back, but they will take a hit on it. How is that? Anything to do with me when the cooker was faulty? This company is disgusting. Avoid at all cost

Wow,what a “brilliant” service you offer — automatic cancellations without even trying! Your team cancels pickups faster than you reply to customers. Totally useless and careless system. Every time I schedule, it gets cancelled again. If you can’t handle basic delivery, maybe stop calling yourself a service company.

Do not buy anything from Home…

Do not buy anything from Home Essentials. It is a fraud company. The products only look good on their website. However the actual product will be far different. They claim to have a return policy but it is only for fooling public. They will not answer your calls and under no circumstances they will take returns. If there was any rating under 0, I would give (-9) rating

Fraud Company!

I ordered one cushioned chair for my kid. They had put a very big advertisement on the internet. I was impressed by it and placed my order. They delivered used, dirty soiled product, the cushion was torn and the paint on the metal was peeled off. It looked like as if it was picked up from trash which is discarded by someone! Customer care people do not respond. They simply promise that they will resolve the issue. It is big fraud!

Extremely bad company I ordered a…

Extremely bad company I ordered a mattress and it never arrived. I Waited in for days to ensure I was home to recieve it, its a week late to arrive and I checked the tracking to be told it was held by courier. I contact the company and they say it was returned to them and no explanation given to me as to the reason why. I was not even informed about this. When informing customer service I was told they wont send me a replacement one via express delievery when I have already waited 2 weeks and it didn't arrive. Appalling customer service and no care for the inconvenience caused.
