As a streamer who is still getting the hang of overlays Nerd or Die is BY FAR the BEST shop for overlays and widgets! I've never had so much engagement before and now I am an affiliate! I've been streaming for 3 years and never thought I'd hit that milestone, thanks to Nerd or Die people love coming and seeing my overlays and widgets

The customer service at NerdOrDie is one of the best I've gotten in a long time. They also have very affordable overlays, alerts, stream deck icons, sounds and more. Premium quality for every streamers. Absolutely love them! 10/10

I have purchased about a year ago a streamer overlay pack and did not create an account, now in 2023 I changed streaming platform and I was able to create and account and my original purchase was still linked to it. The Customer Service team response was awesome. Now during the holiday they had a free Xmas pack, is very user friendly (I am not a tech savvy at all) and the xmas alerts I purchase are perfect for my channel. I always find what I am looking for. I think the prices are great and the service is always friendly and efficient.

Nerd or Die has a great selection of overlays and other streaming tools. I've purchased from them multiple times (I'm serially adjusting my stream's look, which I enjoy doing). The setup of the overlays is always super easy with their quick set-up links and their guides are always handy when needing to make adjustments. I love that they offer a 1-click setup so you can get streaming super quickly, but they also offer source files so you can make any adjustments you like if you want to.

Their support is also super helpful, when I had an issue with downloading an overlay I had purchased a while back they were quick to find me a solution.

I would highly recommend Nerd or Die if you are looking for high-quality streaming overlays and other tools.

They make great products.

I found a lot more content that resonated with me on NoD than on any other site that offers stream overlays. When I buy on NoD I am sure to get stuff that is modular and adaptable to my needs, I recommend NoD to anyone who would like to get into streaming.

Not only does this company sell decently priced overlays and packages, they also have a premium troubleshooting team on discord that helped me figure out a problem none of my friends could! Shout out to MrBoost (within their posted customer service hours)

Where to start..

PRODUCT
- Top class from the company, the content in the packs are very quality and enhances my stream substantially, have gotten multiple compliments on that.

If you're looking for some spark and new additions, this is the place to go.

CUSTOMER SERVICE
- Very kind and helpful, was struggling alot with processing and set ups and not only were they instantly there to assist me, they also step-by-step helped me through getting my content fixed and ready for use.

In other words, if you're not coming here you're missing out.

I'm Brazilian and I ended up purchasing a complete pack of overlays and alerts. What I can say is that I highly recommend the products on the NerdOrDie website. In addition to having a multitude of overlays, their work is very professional and tasteful. I had to make some adaptations to my overlays to bring them into my language (PTBR) and I had exceptional support from Nathan, who kindly and patiently helped me with everything I needed. By the way, their support is amazing! At the end of the day, as a novice OBS user, I was able to configure everything to my liking with Nathan's help. So if I can do it, you can too! Long live NerdOrDie!

Nerd or Die is easy downloads and makes the stream look unique without overly dramatic designs, some are simple and some can really pop. Love their choices. I had compliments on my christmas overlays just this past stream. 10/10 nerd or die!

Very nice full stream overlay packs at a incredible price. On top of that, the level of customization is amazing, even for someone that knows nothing about design.
I recommended Nerd or Die to more than one friend and I will keep recommended it.

They have really good looking stream packages for streamers & content creators but this alone is not enough to redeem them from a poor customer support network because at the end of the day, looks aren't everything.

Bought a package from them to use on my stream only to find that they don't actually provide you any actual physical files, just web coded files that limit you completely into using StreamElements or Streamlabs, if you use anything else, your simply out of luck.

Emailed them asking if there was a solution or if not, if I could aquire the graphic files they advertise in their packages, came back with a very poor response stating they can't create new code for other platforms & they completely ignored my question about recieving actual files.

I guess customer service matters not once they have the money. I'd recomend independent creators on Etsy or Fiverr instead.

They don’t respond to any support ticket / email. Really bad service.

Bought two packages from them that did not have the correct guides on how to use their software. When I asked for support I was left on read for all 3 tickets. Tried them because if the good reviews but i guess maybe they've fallen off, I'm not sure. They were pretty rude when confronted with their lack of quality control and support. I got a partial refund instead of the support I needed. Hopefully they learn from this moving forward and give customers what they bought instead of attitude and turnt up noses. Very disappointed in all of them.

After a few emails, I was contacted by Derek. Who took the time to apologize for the support and miscommunications. He explained how to use their products to me and gave me the support I initially needed in the beginning. I'm guessing he's the owner or shotcaller over there, if not he should be. As he's a shining example of what should be on the other side of the customer's line. Thank you again and I appreciate your help and dedication with handling and correcting the issue.
