When I tell you the NoD team is goated, I'm not lying. I love the quality of their projects. The one-click imports are convenient, and whenever I requested help with editing, I got a response in under 30 minutes and was situated. W team! I will buy more in the future.

I had an issue with one of the scenes because it wasn't translated properly into Spanish. I opened a ticket, and their response was very quick; they even updated the main scene

I bought a pack and the alerts weren't quite the size that I expected.

Even though I was using a resolution that wasn't recommended, when I reached out to support they remade the alerts for me with a new tool to rescale them, and it all worked perfectly, and they did this in a few hours.

I purchased a fun widget from Nerd or Die because it was exactly what I was looking for and the art and animation were fantastic. Unfortunately, I had an issue with my install, and they helped me troubleshoot. It turned out it wasn't even a problem with their widget but another one I had running. Even so, MrBoost took the time to come up with a solution to make it work for me.

Bought one of their twitch overlay packages and had some issues with the product. The team had assisted me promptly to help out with my issue, and even follows up when I mentioned that another issue popped up. The amount of care and service the team has brought up is simply awesome and deserves to be applaud. Huge thanks to @/MrBoost for helping me out!!

I've been streaming for myself for a long time and now I stream for eSport events and nerd or die is the backbone of my operations. The customization of layout and the fact we have access to the source files to change everything and anything we need is something that is amazing to have and when I needed help they were extremely helpful even guiding me step by step and making sure I got exactly what I needed. I cannot recommend nerd or die more.
