Bought the new Holographics package that came with a social media addition. I had a difficult time understanding how to make adjustments and Nerd or Die support came through extremely fast to help guide me through it. Great experience with their support team!

I had a small issue in checking out and it kept freezing. Since I didn't get the confirmation email, I thought it wasn't going through and kept trying. On the third try, it did, but about 30 minutes later I got an email from Nathan. He had noticed the triple charge for the same item and promptly put in the refunds for two of the purchases and followed up with me immediately about it, as well as asking exactly what the situation was to hopefully clear it up and avoid having it happen again.

Nathan was quick to help and I'm incredibly happy with how the whole situation was handled. Thank you so much to Nathan for being so on point and helping before I even knew I had an issue. 15/10 customer service!!

The support and help setting eveything up with obs streamelements and cross with streamlabs is insain and cant ask for better support and help with step by step.

I bought Glitch 2.0 and Construct chat box. Setup was easy and quite versatile to make my own. The guides were simple and easy to follow. On launch day my viewers loved my new look and it’s helped with viewer retention. The on screen chat construct is aesthetically pleasing and allows those watching my stream later on to engage also.

Had a small kink with the Radiance and Flow goal/widgets but MrBoost was a great help with resolving the issues. All in all 5/5 GREAT SERVICE!!

Purchased a product from them years ago, decided to pickup streaming again to find my overlays no longer functioning. Reached out to their support team through discord & I got the best support I've ever received. He recoded the Stream elements backend code to support the latest versioning of Chrome. My. Mind. Is. Blown. Thank you.

After contacting support with some questions/issues with an overlay at first I did not receive a response. As soon as i filed a complaint. Derek from Nerd or Die contacted me, assisted me with the issue, explained why the issues regarding the support happened and (over)compensated for not being able to deliver the quality of their support.

My compliments to Derek and Nerd or Die for the solution, well done and keep it up!

Nathan was super helpful and replied to me quickly! He just asked for a quick video of the issue and was able to resolve the problem with his first suggestion. Very thankful to have such a fast turn around

I was having some issues with a new plugin for Stream Elements (Gacha Alerts) and MrBoost helped me get everything situated! He was absolutely amazing definitely deserves all of the credit!

you know i put in my request on the weekend didnt know it would be a weekday support, HOWEVER the help i received and the step by step instructions (even though i did this setup for streamlabs 2 years ago) i couldnt remember what to do. the support i had gotten was incredible. Especially coming from a technical support background myself. THANK YOU NOD

They have an amazing selection of our built streaming setups for streamlabs obs and and be used on other platforms. Amazing quality and feel has really made my first attempts at streaming lol highly professional

Recently bought their Event List Widget and it worked perfectly. Pretty much was plug-and-play; I simply imported it into Stream Elements and only had to make a minor adjustment to make it appear on OBS (It wasn't aligned to the top-left corner). I've bought alerts and overlays from them before and they all work perfectly well. Would definitely recommend them if you're looking for something affordable and easy to install.
