I've been waiting 5 days for a simple small amount of "£20 withdrawal" ive contacted support numerous of times to be told i have to wait for there team..... it dont take 5 days to process a withdrawal!

I just want to say this site is absolutely fantastic and I don't see how people are calling it a scam. Ok the games might glitch a bit but that's when signal is bad when I'm outside just using wi fi. The withdrawal time is within an hour as long as you have binded with their terms and conditions and sent the right relevant documents. Excluding weekend and UK bank holidays. If you only play one game every time you use their site and take out your winnings, they take the game away.

Just made an account today , Deposited £80 so far and won a few £1`s off various spins. Not looking very good so far, betting odd must be very very low.

I deposited £200 this came out of my bank as a transfer twice. Neither credited my account this was 3 days ago. I sent proof from my bank the deposits were sent and received by casino bank. I have been told to wait 6hrs, then 14 then till next day. Now I’m told no time frame whilst this is looked at. So basically my money has been taken.
