Loyalty pays with Neptuneplay. Been with them for a year now and the VIP perks are impressive. Personal account manager and exclusive bonuses make a big difference. Even more, company often has interesting updates and bonuses for the players, but as for me the best their side is pretty high odds rates on e-sprorts events, kindly recommend.

Poor gambling site overall

Poor gambling site overall. Games are full of glitches and kick you out quite regularly saying technical errors. Tried using several Internet browsers but made no difference. A fair few tools in the menu interface don't seem to work on top of everything with the additional poor customer service feed back and automated service. Typical site more interested in your money than providing good customer service in general.

I would also like to mention that, although it's down to luck and could never be proven, the games on this site seem to give the poorest rtp return I have encountered compared to any other site. It seems quite common to end upto staking 35-40x before seeing a return, which is 99% of the time a 1-2x rtp return. This seems to happen even on higher rtp slots of 96% and up. This site seems to drain your credit quickly which unfortunately for some can entice addicts into a chase to win scenario where you could be tempted to deposit more over shorter periods. My advice would be to avoid this site at all costs, good luck!

I've been waiting for a withdrawal since 1st December. They haven't even started processing it due my account not being verified despite me sending all required documentation

Neptune replied to my last review asking me to contact another email that I hadn't previously. I sent the required documents again to that email but once again no response. The company don't have a contact telephone number so I have been unable to actually speak to someone. The only correspondence I'm getting now is a repeat email of what I require to send in.

Once again I will post another update tomorrow but this is increasingly looking like I've been scammed.

So I had a convo with chat on there awful site and I Said I will close my account later . Never asked any of these controlling tossers to close my account not once but they did. There nothing but scammers the worse kind of people I know I worked in the industry I left . Then they reply on here with a load of crap to make themselves look good . There scammers end off . Absolute joke of a site! I requested £60 out on Sunday afternoon, been told it would be processed within 24 hours after 24 hours was told can take up to 2 business days then just messaged this morning to be told it can take up to 6 days! They are literally making it up as they go and it’s a joke! I requested £100 back in August and received it in my bank 15 minutes later yet the £60 hasn’t even been approved 2 days later! I have seen many other reviews on here regarding the site so will be staying well away from now on! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

Theives!!

Edit. I have since had my money and they are now faster with payouts. Constantly restricting my account though.

I won 28k. Withdrew 10k as this is the maximum you are allowed.
After a few days back and forth uploading documents I received my 10k.
I then Withdrew another 10k and then 8k on the same day. I had an email asking for a payslip, so when I tried to log into my account to do so, they blocked my account- access denied!! Absolutely disgusting. I have proof of all winnings and withdrawal requests, but no idea how to go about getting my money.
Shame, as I've found them to be okay in the past with much smaller wins, they take a few days to pay out, but I've always had my money until now.
Why email me asking for documents with a link to my account and block me from accessing it?
Because of this, I woukd recommend that you AVOID this casino.
