Communication was excellent. All questions answered promptly and delivery date adhered to despite being close to Christmas. Recipient was delighted with product.

What a great solution, was always wary of using neon but then discovered this product. Tom at Neon Effect was great to deal with and helped with the design of a bespoke design. Sign arrived in good time and am very happy with result.

My son wanted a bespoke neon sign for Christmas and, after looking at several companies, we decided to contact Neon Effect. The customer service was excellent. Tom went above and beyond. He was really patient and helpful in answering my questions. He also sent through various mock-ups to help us finalise the design.

I was so impressed with how much care had been taken over the packaging. My son loves the sign and it came out even better than he imagined it.

We ordered a customised sign with our logo along with an "on air" sign. We got an incredibly competitive price as part of the black friday deal and Tom was incredibly responsive to phone calls and emails.

I uploaded a photo of the logo I wanted recreating. It was three words in a very specific cursive script style.

Within 24 hours Neon Effect had sent me an image of a mockup and a competitive quote for a mains powered sign with a remote controller and an option to add a battery pack.

The mockup was an excellent likeness for our logo, which gave me confidence at the quote stage that Neon Effect could produce exactly what I was looking for.

I placed the order the next day, paid easily through the Neon Effect portal and my sign was delivered one week later. Neon Effect were swift and very clear with all their communications throughout.

The sign I received was a fabulous representation of our logo, and looked even better than I had hoped… The remote has a lot of buttons but is very intuitive to use. I’m really pleased I chose Neon Effect for this piece of work and would absolutely recommend them.

We ordered a sign for our Japanese Food stall (Kudasai London) and we love our sign. The standard size is more than enough with a very simple to use controller which has different modes for how bright the lights are. Overall great purchase and thank you to the team!
