Approached them for a bespoke neon sign. It arrived extremely well packed and the craftsmanship was excellent.

I approached Neon Effect with a bespoke design of a logo. Tom responded with a mock-up very quickly and handled everything from there going forward. He was great with communication and set expectation on delivery very early on, so I was comfortable going into the purchase. The sign arrived as expected, quality is superb (and very bright!) and the packaging is of huge quality - some may say it's like a challenge in an episode of the Krypton Factor to get into it, but you want it protected, don't you?! Overall, great purchasing experience.

I ordered a custom made sign as a birthday gift, and was really pleased with both the item and the service from Neon Effect.

I ordered a very large custom sign of my businesses logo, the team were incredibly professional, got back to my emails quickly and the sign is stunning. Was suprised to see it arrive so quickly and it was packaged well. The RGB lighting is very bright and it has some built in effects that I didn't expect, Couldn't recommend more to anyone looking for this type of signage. Thanks a lot guys, I will be back!

From start to finish, I had a great experience with Tom. I sent over a design, which he was able to match perfectly. The finished product looks beautiful, and has the advantage over other companies of coming with a dimmer switch as standard. Great product, great service - very happy to recommend to anyone.
