Amazing service from start to finish.
Elvis first came to measure and quote, plenty suggestions and sample doors to choose from.
Deposit was paid, then the balance was paid to allow delivery of the kitchen. All the delivery came on the Friday ready for installation on the Monday.
Laurence the fitter was awesome although the electricians got his way he managed to plough on and complete the kitchen in 3 days!
Lucy was very attentive on the phone with fabulous customer service skills.
I would definately recommend this company, cuts out the showrooms, therefore offering better prices.
We love it.

Great quality kitchens and service Elvis took time to plan and was patient when I had to delay the kitchen date. Was always available via whats app or phone call to answer any queries.

I can't but totally recommend Neo Kit Kitchens more than 100%. From our first visit at our home no hard sell no showrooms Elvis showed us his design choices, gave his professional opinion on styles and to see the CAD drawings, WOW that really helped. Then once the fitter took place, Andy's meticulous eye for detail and his thorough explanation was very much appreciated. Then the finale the quartz worktop came, and the team again where quick, professional and thorough. From Lucy and Elvis's attention to detail and follow up calls, they went above and beyond for us, I can't rave enough about them all. A painfree seamless process, an excellent price and great communication, why would you go anywhere else !!! nothing was a problem I cant but praise Elvis and Lucy with more future success and give only, but positive comments. Thank you immensely for my beautiful kitchen. Xx

We had our gorgeous kitchen fitted this week and from design to completion we received an amazing experience. Both Elvis and Lucy were always happy to help with any queries and went above and beyond to ensure we got the kitchen we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble for these guys! Laurence who fitted our kitchen was a lovely friendly guy who turned up each morning promptly, he worked extremely hard and always tidied up at the end of each day. The standard of workmanship was second to none. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to all of our family and friends. Thank you so much guys we are over the moon with our new kitchen 😊

All products installed are of a high quality. The fitters were both professional and efficient.
I would definitely recommend Neokit. In my opinion they are equal in quality to many of the leading players in the market but they are much more cost effective.

Excellent from start to finish very good communication with elvis as in regard to dates and what to expect, we had a lot of building work to do but neokit worked around us till we was ready, excellent value for money and brilliant tradesman who fitted kitchen and we got exactly what we asked for

Elvis came and designed the kitchen with me, went through the options and showed us samples of what we would get. He was also very good at understanding what was needed. Ade the kitchen fitter did an excellent job, communicating with us throughout. Overall the kitchen was designed and fitted with it a few weeks and honestly I am happy with the work provided.

We can't thank and praise Neokit kitchens enough for planning our dream kitchen and making it happen. Where other top brand companies failed to deliver a design that fully utilised our kitchen space and specific requirements, Neokit promised much and delivered more. I'll be honest and say I had initial reservations, and didnt trust the company's integrity but Elvis has been a revelation and shown us nothing but professionalism in dealing with every change, concern or delay we encountered.
I can't say everything ran smoothly and it took a while to achieve, but we now have a high end showroom spec kitchen at a very reasonable price that we couldn't be more proud of. A massive thank you to Andy our fitter, Worcester Stonemasons, and Lewis our builder, all associates of Neokit, who were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Best wishes Neokit in all your future ventures. We can't recommend you highly enough

Recently had our kitchen designed and fitted by Neo Kit Kitchen. What an enjoyable experience we had. From start to finish all our queries and questions was answered. Massive thank you to Elvis who went over and beyond to make sure the kitchen in our first home was exactly how we wanted it. Coming out more than once to re measure and adjust a few changes we have. The quality of the kitchen was amazing comparing to your big company’s such as Howdens, Wren Kitchens etc. So glad I did some research and came across these guys. Will most defiantly be using in future and recommending to friends and family. Don’t hesitate to get in contact with Elvis for the perfect kitchen.

Just had my kitchen fitted from Neo kitchens, well what can I say I absolutely love it. Lucy and Elvis was so helpful and always at the end of the phone. The price and quality was good too. My kitchen was fitted in 3 days by Andy who did an amazing job. So glad I went ahead with it,It’s definitely five stars from beginning to end 😊

If you want quality then Neo kit kitchens is the one for you ! Elvis literally took all my kitchen problems on himself gave alot of advice, kept in touch though start to finsh ..there was a few obstacles in the way but there wasn't a long call wait with customer service like these bigger company have and they take forever to get back to you. My fitter Andy was excellent and Lucy was great for questions etc .
I was so close to get my kitchen from Wren but I am so glad I didn't make that mistake as there is a quality and service difference.. if you want a amazing kitchen for a good price and excellent service then Neo kits is the one for you !!!

From the first contact Neokit was exceptional. Elvis was so helpful with the design and always available to advise us as was Lucy on the phone. Andy, our fitter, was so efficient and helpful. His work was faultless. The kitchen is more than we dreamt it would be. I would recommend Elvis and his team at Neokit without a doubt, simply superb.

Wish we had more stars to give to be honest! Everything from the consult, planning, and fitting was excellent. Elvis was a true professional, ready to answer any queries anytime, and to offer sound & honest advice/suggestions to meet our needs/budget with total clarity. Andy, the kitchen fitter, was absolutely wonderful as well. He kept us up-to-date every step of the way, worked solidly, and it never felt as if there was a stranger at home when he was there. Feel really lucky to have had Neofit sort us out, we always loved cooking but now it's even more of a joy :)

Elvis and Lucy were were so helpful when it came to the design.They we’re always there at the end of the phone whenever we had questions or changed our mind on our choice of handles.
Delivery was great.
Peter our fitter was amazing,he worked so hard and went above and beyond,he got done way quicker than we ever imagined.
