Wow! Joe and Max at Lustro Stone fitted absolutely beautiful Irini quartz worktops and splashbacks all round up to the cupboards in our kitchen including a quartz windowsill . They were extremely professional, arrived when they said , took meticulous measurement using their clever technology and went away to work their magic. A week later Joe arrived with the quartz precisely and beautifully cut and proceeded to fit it extremely carefully. The end result is stunning with an immaculate finish. We can’t recommend their service , care and standard of work enough.

If you are thinking of having quartz worktops, this is the place to go to. Joseph was amazing talked me through all the options, nothing was too much trouble. If I move and renovate another kitchen, I will definitely be come back to Lustro Stone.

I would highly recommend Joe & Max for countertops. We’ve just had stunning Amber Quartz countertops installed and the quality of the fitting and finish is exceptional. Joe was reliable throughout the whole process and always kept me up to date, which made everything run smoothly. He was able to visit, provide a quote and complete the template within just a few days. The price was also very reasonable compared to other quotes I received. Very nervous and apprehensive committing to a new-to-us business versus the huge marketing spend of Howdens. Seen the exact stone worktop we wanted at Howdens Expo where we’d spent hours choosing our combination of items for our 3rd - and hopefully last - kitchen refurb. Very tempting to just go ‘all in’ with Howdens so all in one place, however given the spend involved, prudence dictated a quote be taken.

Delighted that Joe not only quoted us 20% less than Howdens for the exact same stone and spec, but happy we only pay on completion. Trust goes both ways! Howdens sat on our funds re rest of kitchen components for 6 weeks up front.

Joe was able to liaise with our trusted kitchen fitter to dovetail the laser template the first day he was ready for the templating. Prompt return to fit our bespoke cut and finished stone, despite an intervening bank holiday, much appreciated.

Reassuringly, Joe and his colleague were tidy, courteous, and fastidious in their approach and attention to detail. Really pleased with the end result. Treated our home with the care one always wishes for and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Amazing service from end to end.
I first contacted Lustro Stone for my kitchen island only. I explained what type of stone I had in mind.
Joe was full of knowledge & knew exactly what stone/s I would like based on my poor description. Joe offered drainage grooves for my sink (something which I had not considered.)
Both Joe & Max work to an extremely high standard & their attention to detail is second to none.
Within an hour of the job being finished, I had decided to have the rest of my kitchen in the same stone.

Joe did a brilliant job fitting a new kitchen work surface - really quick turnaround from templating to fitting but without cutting any corners along the way! The new surface has been perfectly fitted and looks fantastic. Joe was friendly, helpful & made great recommendations to ensure I got exactly what I needed. After doing lots of research and getting various quotes I decided to go with lustro stone. Joe was very friendly and responsive right from the start, templating and fitting done within a week. Prices really competitive. I love the worktop choice I made and am so happy with quality of the fitting. I would highly recommend this company.
