From design, to sourcing specific and sometimes unusual materials and fittings, ( the copper bath and the Onyx and light fittings) to the installation and completion of our bathroom project, Stone & Earth have excelled and I would highly recommend them. The quality of their work is exceptional, especially the cutting and finishing of the Marble and Onyx, and the mitres and joints. The follow up and aftercare to ensure I was completely satisfied with the project was professional and diligent. Photos to appear on their website in a month when decoration is complete.

I’m really pleased with my new kitchen worktop. The quality is excellent and it’s made a huge difference to the overall look of my kitchen. All the staff were great to deal with—friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the whole process from Lily at the start to Shane & TJ at the finish.
I’d definitely recommend them.

In terms of value for money, brilliant. Dave ,Jason, Shane and Abigail all super helpful, honest and professional.

They went through all the options from initial requirements which was easy and pleasant experience. Templating and further options was really well managed and informative even down to the angle of the corners and edges. finding the best fit for us and our new countertops.

Our experience of working with Stone and Earth was a very positive one. We are delighted with the quality of our kitchen and the workmanship of all those involved in fitting it. Communication was excellent throughout and when there was a small ‘snagging’ issue it was dealt with, and to our satisfaction.

Our worktops look amazing, the service from Abigail was second to none, and we would like thank the whole team there for the professional and real quality we received!

From the very start, the team were responsive, engaged with our needs, and very happy to send samples across and evolve the design based on our changes. We also visited the showroom for ideas and Chloe did a great back and forth. Chris was great at making sure the survey and the technical aspects were accurate before installation. He joined on day one of install with Rob, who was the installer and what was great after the work was all done, they came back for our sign off. No hesitation in working with the team at Stone and Earth again.

Great communication from first meeting Chloe, until the last person left our house when all complete.
All tradesmen and planners extremely polite and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend stone and earth. Owners of company- you have chosen your staff very well !

From my first contact to choose my worktops through the survey and fitting I was very impressed. Jayson who surveyed was very detailed. Dave and Mick who fitted my worktops were very friendly, with great humour and extremely professional, thanks to both you guys. My wife is over the moon, so a big thank you to Stone and Earth.

Stone & Earth is local to us so we visited their showroom with the idea to buy tiles for our family bathroom refit. Once we spoke to Jae and seen the quality of their work we decided to ask them to develop our design ideas into something that worked in the space available. We met with Jae a few times and bounced a few emails back and forth. After paying a deposit it was about 6 weeks later they started. Their fitters were excellent. Everything was kept tidy. Arrived on time everyday and kept us informed at every step. The finished result was amazing. The quality of the materials is excellent. Everything fitted with care and precision. I can't believe how good our new bathroom now is. We have a feature wall in the walk in shower, a mirror with led lighting and demister glass, and very elegant taps. Every element works perfectly together and is just as Jae described and illustrated to us using a 3d computer render. I highly recommend talking to them if you want a new bathroom fitted.

We had our first visit to Stone and Earth and were very impressed by the beautiful selection of tiles on display. The visual boards really helped to spark ideas for our home. Jason was fantastic; he helped us choose a tile, suggested a layout option we hadn’t even thought of, and gave us several samples to take home so we could see how the colour worked in our space. Once we’d made our decision, he advised us on grout choices and arranged collection/delivery with a really quick turnaround.

I also had some measurements for new kitchen handles, and a lovely lady took these and promised to email me stockists and prices, which was so helpful.

Overall, the service was excellent from start to finish, and I would thoroughly recommend Stone and Earth to anyone looking for quality tiles and friendly, knowledgeable advice.

We purchased an Ex Display shepherds hut from this company & have to say the standard of customer service was great. The quality of the finish was excellent. From initial viewing to completion of purchase, every enquiry or request we made was happily responded to efficiently & effectively. I would recommend the team without question.

We had our kitchen fitted last September. From the design stage through to fitting Stone and Earth could not have been any more professional and efficient. Very impressed with the trade team. We recently had a problem ( our fault!) they responded and sorted it so quickly. We highly recommend.

I'm totally in love with my new barhroom. It looks fabulous. Jae did a great job on the design and added a couple of twists, that made it extra nice. The fitters were also great, did a neat job and tidied up after themselves. What more can I say.
