Appalling delivery

Well I've thought long and hard about this review and I will be totally honest.
My son ordered the tablet on 10th November 2025 as a Christmas present for me. I am old and not very technology minded and just wanted something easy to use.
The tablet itself fills all my requirements and I'm very pleased with it. The delivery and customer service however were abysmal.
The tablet did not arrive at my son's until 29th December way after Christmas. Way after the 20 to 30 days delivery time which was repeatedly pointed out every time we enquired about it. A tablet could have been ordered from China and we would have received it in far less time. The tablet now we have finally got it is great and really good value for money, however, Neocore as a company is appalling and I will never use them again no matter how good the product is. My son wanted to support a British Company but on this occasion has bitterly regretted it I'm sad to say.

I ordered items 11 November 2025 hoping for a delivery before christmas
I asked for delivery estamate 30days from purchase i was told 11 December ok in time for christmas christmas came went no product near year came and went still no items
Got an email on 29th saying it was being delivered its now 8th Jan still no item and another email to say its this week but no firm date
What a way to stress the hell out of you at christmas do not buy if this is the service you get BAD BAD BAD

Hasn't been shipped!

I have purchased 4 times from this store in the past, but something has changed, I placed an order on the 21/10/25 and received a delivery tracking number for RM on the 22/12/25 but it still hasn't been received by RM ... I have emailed multiple times with the majority ignored or simply told it will be dispatched in 7 to 10 days and an apology... But 2 months and no goods seems like a scam to me

2nd time round

This is the second product I have bought from this company. The first product was excellent in every respect, speed of processing, graphic display, memory space etc. Sadly it's efficiency became somewhat limited after I stood on and cracked the screen. The only thing I would say was that there are times when it is not easy to turn on or reboot.
Such were my thoughts on the product that I decided to purchase a new one. That's always a good testament I think. The second product is equally good and I am very happy. Save that is for the ordering process which took some 10 weeks and many enquiries from myself to the Neocore store for it to actually arrive. I was informed on purchase that it was on back order and might take 4 weeks to arrive. That I can understand but 10 weeks is having a laugh. The shop sent cursory replies to my initial questions but in all the correspondence there were plenty of apologies but none gave me a reason as to the delay and none offered me any kind of compensation for waiting patiently.
A great shame as the product itself is excellent and good value for money. Perhapsthey could put a little more effort into this aspect of the business?

Dont bother …

I ordered a tablet back in the first week of november for a christmas present. Asked multiple times if it be here on time for christmas which there said it would be . Finally got the tracking number three days before christmas yet royal mail hast even received the parcel.

Neocore E2S tablet



Neocore E2S tablet
This arrived yesterday and I was able to easily transfer apps and data from my Android phone. The tablet works very well, good screen quality, everything works at a decent speed. The sound quality is good through earphones but of course you cant expect the same through the built in speaker, plenty of treble but lacking in bass - only to be expected. This works far better than my previous tablet and so far very happy. I was concerned about the long time between ordering and receiving the goods. However now it has arrived safely, overall a happy customer.

Buyer Beware

Update on my previous review. It is now working day 55 and I still have not received my Tablet. The customer service is a joke, all they do is give you 1 excuse after another. They even tried to bribe me into removing my previous review by offering me a free screen protector. I wonder how many times they have done this to get people to remove their reviews? The company has definitely gone to pot since i placed my first order with them about 5 years ago and i definitely wont be recommending them or using them again.

Great value for money

I bought the tablet to use as a navigation chart plotter on my boat and as a way to do admin when away on trips without the bulk of a laptop. It does both of these for me and was a good price. I had an intermittent issue with turning on when part discharged occasionally, to start with. The company responded to my request for help within 24hrs and the problem has not reoccurred.

No Security Updates

Not worth the money, you'd be better off investing in a branded device if device security is of importance to you. I have an E2S that doesn't get any security updates and the support from Neocore is non existent. I had one useless reply via e-mail and that was the end of it which is fortunate as I don't have an issue with the tablet itself. The saying you get what you pay for is very applicable here, my tablet has Android 13 which goes End of Life in March 2026.

As many others have found the tablet is good value but..

As many others have found the tablet is good value for money but delivery time promises cannot be relied upon any longer.
My first order was OK but my subsequently order, in September, was promised for mid November. On 28 November I was told it had been dispatched but still nearly a week later Royal Mail tracking is still showing it not yet received from Neocore. I was prepared to be patient but when I emailed Neocore about this I just got excuses (a ''Sorry about this we'll look into it'' would have helped). A refund of the cost of the screen protector has now been offered (seems to be par for the course!) and they seem to suggest that Royal Mail is the problem. However they have promised to send a replacement if it's not moving by Monday. I decided that a refund would be a more satisfactory solution in my case. We'll see what transpires! I'm sorry that they let themselves down like this as it will always be difficult to regain the trust of customers.
Update 9/12/25👍: After a (somewhat unnecessarily robust) dialogue over the past few days Neocore have now refunded my payment in full & cancelled my order. I sense from the tone of their messages that they might be feeling somewhat hard done by. However this customer still the resents the manner in which they have (mis)handled his complaint. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and give them an 'average' rating of 3 stars, as we achieved a fair outcome in the end. I am hoping that I shall be able to do business with them again at some time in the future as, from my satisfactory experience previously, I know that they are capable of giving good service.

Still waiting for Tablet that we pre…

Still waiting for Tablet that we pre ordered on 7 October 2025 it states delivery 20-30 working days it’s now Working Day 43 they told me a week ago that it had been dispatched to Royal Mail here we are a week later 5 December 2025 Royal mail have still not received it I chose Neocore because an English company trying to support UK Bussiness which I’m regretting now hopefully they can sort this out

Thumbs up for Neocore

The Neocore tablet E2 is fast,economical and has a great display. I was able to transfer apps and files from my old Android tablet quickly and easily and the apps work great, especially my music app Orpheus which was the main reason for purchasing the Neocore. The only problem I have experienced is that sometimes it is a little reluctant to switch back on after charging. I'm not sure of the reason for this and will investigate further, apart from this I am more than happy with the tablet and love the fact that the company is British.

Terrible Customer Service

UPDATED 09.12.25 Ordered Tablet on 14th September (release date 28th Sept). Then told 20-30 workings days after order (10 - 24 October) in curt response to my request for an update. Next request on 25th October gave answer of delivery date confirmation week beginning 27th Oct. On 6th Nov was told despatch in next 3-7 days. Still waiting on 24th November!!! Rubbish customer service...
Update - received email on 28th November saying it had shipped with Royal Mail tracking no for 48hr delivery. Royal Mail says still not arrived with them on 9th December!
FURTHER UPDATE - product finally arrived on 17th December minus the screen protector I had been offered for my patience! Sums it up really!
Upgraded to 2 stars as the products are okay. This is the third tablet I have bought. But, sadly, it will be the last😢 because I have waited 3 months for a British product when I could have got one overnight form other suppliers.

Only order if you can wait...

First I must say that I hope to update my review soon. I cannot yet comment on the tablet because 11 weeks after ordering it I have still not received it, though I hope this will soon change.
I too ordered the tablet on September 2nd. Having read reviews complaining that it took 5 days to arrive when they had paid for next day delivery I was surprised when they didn't message me to say it had been shipped until the 19th. I waited and waited and after waiting a month in all I was advised that it must have been lost in transit and I should claim a refund through PayPal. To compensate me for the delay they said if I chose to reorder they would give me an extra 10% refund after purchase.
So on October 6th I reordered because the price is good for the spec, but this time.e I decided to pay extra to get it quicker. Alas when I checked out PayPal was no longer an option but I decided it was worth the risk. When I paid I was warned that this was a pre-order for 28.10 so naturally as I had paid for next day delivery I expected it on the 29th. No chance. It's now November 22nd and I am still waiting! Of course I have messaged them very many times over this period and been told on several occasions that they hoped to dispatch it by the end of the week but still I am kept waiting.
I understand that they are a small company and are dependent on their suppliers, but in this day and age nobody expects to be kept waiting 3 months for technology.
After reminding them a couple of times of their promise of a 10% refund they did refund it and also the supplement for 24hour delivery a week ago along with another statement of their intention to ship it by the end of the week. I'm not sure when their week ends but it seems to me that they missed another target.
I have communicated with the company using their email address, their site chat and their Facebook page. The different platforms seem to be managed by different people though and they didn't seem to share information, and I was told that the refund hadn't been issued because I hadn't responded to the offer, despite my numerous messages asking for updates.
I want to believe that they are trying their best but have taken on more work than they can handle at the moment, and that I have only a few more days to wait.

Initial problems now addressed

I ordered a new tablet based on claims it was British made. The payment I made was processed immediately yet the company claimed it was on 'pre-order'. Not clear how this was the case when the adverts stated next day delivery possible and current adverts say they are in stock. Numerous messages asking for a delivery date received responses without providing a date simply reminding me about 'pre-order and one which 'strongly advised' me to check my spam folder. Based on this experience - two months from the payment being taken and no sign of the product I asked for my money back. To be fair I was then offered a date and a discount and a screen protector. I said no to these, asking for a refund. All companies can have problems, good service is how they solve them. This time the service excelled itself and my money was refunded that afternoon clearing in my account two days later, trust restored.
