In the middle of the process now but cant get a hold of anyone. Strange because when i first reached out to apply they were very quick to take our money and messaged us and called us almost daily. Now they have our money we cant get hold of them. Was told we were getting a refund as they were unable to get us registered. But that hasn't happened.

I was skeptical at the start about paying a company to help me with my policies and procedures BUT I am so glad I did. It is worth its weight in gold and they helped me to prepare for my audit aswell. Would definitely recommend them.

Terrible service, terrible process. We employed Avaana two years ago and were still no closer to registration than when we started. Their process was long and arduous...admin staff were ready to go off on stress leave! We have started with another provider ($3500 lost) and we have progressed, had more info and contact in 3 weeks than the whole 2 years with Avaana.
6 months in, the person handling our case moved on and it took for us to contact them to find this out. Thier response was 'oh, seems we need to alocate someone new for you!'

I wanted to follow up on my previous emails regarding my NDIS registration. As my auditor is requesting this information urgently, I have sent several emails to Avaana however nobody responds and there are not emails or contact numbers to support their customers.
