We had the pleasure of working with Emily Bassett from Avaana for our NDIS registration, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better Application Manager. Our journey to complete the registration had been delayed for years due to various challenges, but Emily went above and beyond to help us finally get across the line.

NDIS and Audit
Avaana made our experience smooth and stress free with getting our registration from NDIS to become a provider. They guide us all through the way and made sure that we understood all the steps and involved us with the whole process. We highly recommend Avaana if you want to get your registration to become a NDIS provider.
I want to special mention Emily, who is our main contact. She was flexible and helped us a lot with the requirements needed. She also helped us to pass all of our audits and made sure that we didn’t miss a thing to pass our audit without hustle.

Supports Registration of Dodgy Companies
Every dodgy company I've dealt with seems to have an Avaana legal template contract. The template(s) are all the same and only the company name(s) and logo(s) changed.
As soon as I see one of their contracts I already know it's likely a dodgy company. They support fraudsters to remain registered.

However, we would like to clarify a significant misunderstanding in your review. Avaana does not operate or manage the businesses that purchase and implement our documentation. Our services are designed to assist providers with meeting the compliance and quality requirements for NDIS registration, including policy templates that align with regulatory standards. We are not involved in the day-to-day operations or conduct of any independent business that uses our materials.
We do not “support fraudsters” as your review suggests, nor do we have any control over how a provider may implement or adapt our documentation once purchased. Much like any provider of legal templates or industry guidance, we cannot monitor or enforce the behavior of those who choose to use our materials.
If you have encountered unethical behavior by a provider, we strongly encourage you to report them to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, who are best placed to investigate such matters.
We take pride in upholding high standards and supporting legitimate providers in delivering quality care. Your review, while clearly written out of frustration, unfortunately attributes responsibility to us for matters entirely outside our control.

I was a happy customer but am unhappy excustomer
I was a happy , repeated and loyal client of Avaana. Despite some non responsiveness during my intial registration audit, they were good. Quick service to enroll a NEW CLIENT. but it gets worse when u become their client.
I was due for my renewal registration, nobody contacted me till i reminded themcoz other competitors were contacting me. Anyways after the contact they quoted me as high as they would charge any new client. They have new sales team who wouldn't care as Rohan/ peace should have.
Its a gone story now. Just wanted to share my experience.
