Avaana NDIS provider registration Reviews 

I wanted to follow up on my previous emails regarding my NDIS registration. As my auditor is requesting this information urgently, I have sent several emails to Avaana however nobody responds and there are not emails or contact numbers to support their customers.

I have used Avaana to assist me a couple times so far and plan on continuing with them. Their support is top notch and documentation thorough and precise. Their reputation for quality is known by auditors and make the process smooth and less stressful.

Shocking customer service and professionalism from ‘Tim’ from Avaana. Phoned me, was extremely and short, gave no advice, was like pulling teeth and as though he couldn’t have cared less about the business or phone call. Asked him if he had an email address, replied “What would you want to email me for?”. Hung up on him after giving him ample opportunities to be kind and considerate on a phone call I’m sure would have given him commission. Would not recommend anyone to go through Avaana. Have lost my fees in moving forward.

Rohan has been a pleasure to work alongside with. He is very committed and passionate in the health industry. Avaana has a great platform and I would highly recommend professionals/businesses to seek their services.

My partner and I registered to get noise approved they sold us on the continuous customer support story during and after registration we are 4 months into process and I feel like we gave been scammed once they got our 4400 contact is impossible with them my partner had questions and wanted to make sure they had all info relating to application and that we didn't need anything else we tried calling the 2 numbers that we previously had been contacted by them and they just went straight to message bank we tried to contact them through the email addresses they contacted us with and no response the only option we had left was to start another "application " ,upon doing so they contacted us with hrs only for them to be upset and unimpressed with us for going to those extremes to contact them .we have now 6 months left on our process I doubt that we will hear from them again there policy is ndis approval or your money back I'm doubtful

I have contacted Ben and arranged for a phone call to discuss regarding NDIS registration. He confirmed the appointment time with me and my partner. We waited for his call for whole day. Even I texted him that we are waiting for his call…..no response from his side. I do have his emails and text messages for proof. Thank God we didn’t pay anything to their company…….very poor customer service.
