We were greeted by Becky and she…

We were greeted by Becky and she explained where the reclining sofas were and others. We were looking and we explained what we were looking for in a corner sofa and material also our issue of getting it in our house and she gave us fantastic advice and showed us the best sofas for our requirements. We felt at ease no pressure, we left for 10 mins and went back and bought the sofa. Fantastic customer service highly recommended.

Helpful

Helpful, Holly( Perry Barr) was not pushy. Helped us find certain sofas and did not rush us. We were left to browse until we found a sofa we liked. Talked us through all the sales points.

Pleasant experience
