Went for a look around as never heard of NCF before. Really surprised by the showroom, some gorgeous suites, but for me the biggest pleasure was the staff were not pushy. Jamie at the Chester store was incredibly helpful, very knowledgeable and made buying from NCF a real pleasure, very personable and down to earth - really credit to the Chester branch. Bought two gorgeous snuggle seats and will be going back for a few more bits very soon

We visited NCF Leeds to look at a new sofa and were helped by Jackie. She was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, but most importantly, she wasn’t pushy at all.
