Great store very helpful
Came in looking for mattress for my mum for adjustable bed & Rawan was very helpful & explained how mattresses work on these types of beds. Mum struggles with breathing & is in a wheelchair so they were very accommodating & supportive in the store. Great prices z& great deals in store.

Will never go back into this store
Will never go back into this store. Bought a bed for my 80 year old mum on 2nd May and still awaiting it to be delivered. The communication is shockingly poor. The store can only take your order and payment. Anything else you have to contact customer service for. Calls returned are few and far between. Still awaiting a manager to call me since 28th may. After me calling them again was told on 28th may bed would be delivered on 4th June but today have received an email reply saying bed will be delivered 7th June and once they have received the goods will call to arrange. That date is a Sunday and it clearly states they do not deliver at the weekend so again it’s rubbish. Steer clear and don’t give yourself the hassle they have given me. Won’t give a refund as apparently still in the timeframe. Of what timeframe I don’t know as it clearly stares delivery will be approx 10 to 14 days. We are on day 31 and still no clearer to when it will actually arrive.
