I just want to say thank you so much to…

I just want to say thank you so much to Elnaz for an amazing customer service today, she is so friendly and patient and did the best to me today to make sure we are happy about an order.
We will be back to order chair later and hight recommended ncf bradford with an amazing her customer service.

Awesome customer service

Elnaz was our customer service representative. She was absolutely lovely and amazing in her approach. She was willing to answer all our questions with a smile. She took us round the store and was never at any point rude. She helped us in our decision making. I recommend her greatly to anyone looking to buy anything at ncf.

What a great customer experience me and…

What a great customer experience me and my partner had, Sue in the Swansea store was fantastic, she didn’t pester us at all and was just there to help. It was our first house we’ve recently bought and needed a sofa. The customer service we received from sue was 10/10. We would like to thank her for making things so easy for us and helping find the perfect sofa
