Friendly

Do not recommend ncf

I ordered the pandora dining table set for delivery. I paid £99 fee for delivery. When the order was delivered, the delivery driver reported one chair was faulty and had to be sent back and replaced. I have since been following this up via phone call and email. 11 days later, I am no further forward regarding the replacement chair being sent out. Extremely disappointed with the customer service and wish I had ordered from elsewhere.

GREAT SERVICE

Firstly so many fantastic items to choose from, with great affordable price tags that matched.
Customer service was 10/10. The sales staff were fantastic especially Brian from the Highgate branch who greeted us, served us and made sure to take his time to talk us through everything.
We could confidently finalise our purchase thanks to his help and care.

Our salesmen was Lewis from rugby was great. He hasn't been with the company long but was great. He gave us lots of space and wasn't pushy at all. When we decided to purchase he got us sorted very quickly. Service was professional and very helpful
