Helpful

Helpful, Holly( Perry Barr) was not pushy. Helped us find certain sofas and did not rush us. We were left to browse until we found a sofa we liked. Talked us through all the sales points.

Pleasant experience

Called into NCF Swansea just for a browse, seen such alot of sofas I really liked, spoke to Jon, what a lovely guy, I will definitely be calling back in the next week or two

Successful visit

Came out with my mum to search for a mattress and base and was helped out by Ashraf. He was amazing, he helped my mum pick out a mattress that would help with her back pain and allowed her to try out all the beds. He was very lovely and informative. In the end we found a perfect bed that was affordable. Very happy customers 😊

Worst experience ordered bed and delivery was guaranteed in 5 days over 2 weeks now still no delivery confirmation. Leave this shop at any costs
