Only popped in for a mooch at the Warrington J9 store and ended up buying s suite from the Bargain Corner.
Assisted by the lovely Morgan who was so utterly charming.
Went in, adamant I was having green and came out with a beige one and it is far from boring - i love it.
Customer service was A***

Absolutely awful company to deal with, no email communications, contact number doest work, and Absolutely zero customer service.
Sofa ordered online after browsing in store, waited an absolute age for the sofa only for it to be delivered by the most incompetent delivery drivers I have ever witnessed. Finally when the sofa arrived indoors (without the help of the "delivery company") it looked terribly cheap, almost like what you see on the dodgy fb marketplace posts 😂, it is not actually how it is in the store, you can actually feel the base throught the cushions. Poor staff at the Metrocentre branch must already be questioning their career choices!
Avoid if you genuinely care about receiving any 1st class help!

William in paisley was a great help today. Showed us the best options within our requirements and price range, was very knowledgeable on all the set ups, materials and lead times. He was helpful - not pushy, something we had found issue with at many other sofa shops locally. Overall a great shopping experience that resulted in a same day purchase.

My husband and i visited your store today (Birstall) and Jimbob was very helpful and polite!
He made us feel welcome and asked us if we would like refreshments. He also was giving us good advice about the sofas and helping us with the measurements/sizes. We ordered a sofa with him he was very professional with the our order. We have never had such great customer service from a store, he is amazing.

The staff in particular Andy, was extremely helpful and from meeting him and him sourcing the correct dining table and chairs when we finally decided to purchase and returned to order it five days later he greeted us by name which was nice. The whole experience was great.
