If there were an option for less than one star, I would definitely give it.

Extremely disappointed and frustrated with NCF Living. I purchased a sofa expecting to receive the product I ordered, but I was sent sofas with completely different material and colour from what I had purchased.

I contacted customer service THREE times and also completed a formal customer complaint form, clearly explaining the problem. Despite this, nobody came back to me with a proper response or any meaningful solution.

What is even more unacceptable is that NCF eventually closed my complaint without resolving the issue and without properly addressing my concerns.

This is completely unacceptable customer service. I paid for a specific product and received something different, yet instead of taking responsibility and resolving the matter, my complaint was simply ignored and closed.

I am extremely disappointed with the way I have been treated and would strongly advise other customers to think carefully before purchasing from NCF Living. A company should stand behind the products it sells and take responsibility when something goes wrong.

We came in to the Swansea store and spoke to Jon, who was extremely helpful in discussing sofa options.
Typically my wife & I couldn't agree on the style. Jon was excellent and very relatable in his opinions.
With his help we managed to get it down to two styles. We've just got to go and measure now to see what style fits.

Purchased a sofa today after some great customer service from Jon @Swansea store. No pressure at all to buy, but he was more than happy to discuss the quality and spec of what I was looking at. I had popped into the store a couple of days previously, left to measure up and then headed straight back.
Jon had a great down to earth manner.

Ordered a table at the end of August at the Derby store ,
Salesman was helpful and said they had 2 in stock so if we ordered today we would get mid Sept delivery
Tried to contact customer services is about impossible
So today Visited Derby store to chase our order up .
No deliveries until end of month of the table we have ordered, then up to 2 weeks to arrive to us .
They was very embarrassed the salesman lied to us to prompt us into signing on the dotted line to make a sale .
Hence I’ve cancelled my ordered today too .
Just be honest NCF in the first place . No need to lie
