I bought a sofa and foot storage stool

I bought a sofa and foot storage stool. At the end of the sale I was told it's £100 delivery charge, I should have been told this earlier.
I did go ahead with order but due to circumstances beyond my control I had to claim a refund. I only received 75% of the price of the sofa. I feel like I have been robbed, I lost £200 for a product I didn't receive. The staff in the shop were lovely, however, all this should have been explained before I paid any money. I will never use NCF again and do not recommend them.

Thank you so much Phillip at the Manchester Chester rd store. He is so amazing, top notch customer service, going through details, advantages and type of each fabrics and type, cleaning instructions. Such an amazing customer service and purchase experience. Top man
