We’d been looking around for a new sofa…

We’d been looking around for a new sofa for a while and are so glad we decided to visit NCF Living in Bradford. They have a great selection of sofas to suit different styles and budgets, and the prices were much better than we’d seen elsewhere.

A big thank you to Elinaz, who made the whole experience really enjoyable. She was friendly, welcoming, and knew the products inside out. We never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision, which made it easy to take our time and find the right sofa. She was always on hand to answer any questions and gave us honest, helpful advice throughout.

Really happy with both the service and our purchase. We’d definitely recommend NCF Living Bradford, and a special thanks to Elinaz for making the process so easy!

This is the 2nd time I have purchased…

This is the 2nd time I have purchased from NFC this time I didn't even go looking at the competition and went straight to ncf in Preston, where I was greeted by a young smart gentleman called saad who helped us out from start to finish, this is how you do retail 10 out of 10 from me.

Saad from the Preston store was exceptional!
Very helpful and not too pushy
He advised us how to look after the furniture and made the whole selling process an extremely satisfying experience.
Definitely recommend recommended NCF living to my friends.
