Great customer service!

Zaf gave amazing friendly and informative customer service, explained all the details great and I left having put a deposit on a new sofa, bed and mattress, very happy!!

Fantastic experience in Swansea with…

Fantastic experience in Swansea with Josh. Nothing was too much trouble (especially when couldn’t decide between 2 sofas and closing time was approaching, he made sure we weren’t rushed and let us take the time we needed to make the decision)
Great customer experience - his personality shone through!

Straightforward and easy!

Michael explained to us the process asked a couple of basic questions and then left us to have a look around which I liked. He then approached us, when we had made ourselves comfortable on our chosen sofa! The process was fast and much easier than I was expecting! Thankyou so much!

Amazing customer experience, super easy

Marina in the Bristol Cribbs Causeway branch was amazing. Very helpful it helping us find exactly what we needed, extremely friendly and all round perfect service! Very professional yet caring and informative member of staff, would be more than happy to have her help again in the future
