Just purchased a lovely couch and set of chairs today. Although we haven't yet got the couch, the service we received was amazing. Big shoutout to Tony@Manchester branch. He was so kind and helpful without being pushy at all making us feel very comfortable to make the decision. We are really looking forward to our new couch and I'm sure will be very happy with it aswel.

John at your Swansea store was so helpful, informative and explained everything during our visit, he answered every question asked and was polite and courteous throughout which resulted in our purchase. Excellent customer service and left a happy customer, looking forward to receiving our goods and hoping the delivery is as good as your store employees, thank you John

Bought a bed and base unit , was told 10 days for delivery , still no bed , no delivery date, no response from emails , contacted customer services , absolutely useless , don't seem to care or be bothered to follow up , didn't call me back as promised .
Will be calling tomorrow to cancel don't bother with this company con artist

Salesman was very helpful (Charles@Preston) we dread going in these places and being pounced on but we were left to wander until we needed assistance, everything was explained in detail and we purchased both a two and three seater sofa

Ariff at NCF Birstal provided a very good service

Staff very friendly in-store, but nearly insist in you making a good review before leaving the store. Hence NCF has a fairly good star score.....ordered my sofas at the beginning of April, told 11 week delivery time (June), it's been pushed back again and again and again. Not even in the warehouse yet. Will be looking at basically half a year with no sofa. Really poor and very disappointed. No compensation will be applied either.

Visited the Derby store just to browse sofas and chairs … all the staff were friendly and polite - helpful and not too pushy ! Decided to buy, Jess processed our order, she was very helpful and efficient. Overall a really positive experience !
