Went to Chester back to see Jason

Went to Chester back to see Jason we had been in before we went on holiday and saw a sofa we liked so went back today the store was very busy but Jason welcomed us back and we bought the sofa really lovely team at the Chester store can’t wait for the sofa to arrive now 😊

Andy, what a guy!

Andy from Gateshead NCF was a pleasure to speak to and direct us through our furnishings purchase. He was very approachable yet respected our privacy to give us some space to view the products. A credit to the Gateshead NCF team!

Helpful staff, beautiful sofas

Andy at the Cardiff store was really helpful. Gave us space to look around without us feeling pressured but was there to help with any questions. We ended up ordering a beautiful sofa and the whole experience was smooth and swift, thank you!
