Expect slow deliveries even into major…

Expect slow deliveries even into major centers like Calgary, like 5 business days or more. $19 fee for delivery should get it quicker.

They would be a perfect group to deal with if they could resolve poor slow delivery issues.

We're known to have the fastest shipping in our industry, Mike. Our shipping carriers were moving very slow throughout the recent snowstorm in the east, and that was the edge case anomaly that you experienced.

Shipping to Cowtown averages about 3.2 days and costs us around $25-$30, depending on package size/weight, so yes - we do pass on $19 of that if your order is under $300. Over $300 and it's free express shipping.

Great service !
I'm a new customer here . I encountered a little problem with my last order . I wrote customer service and miss Niimi took real good care of me . Excellent service. The problem was solved immediately. She even took time to call me on the phone , to make sure everything was all right .
Delivery is always on time and the product is always great.
Thank you Native smokes 4 less and especially miss Niimi for your help .
I found my place and will be a faithful customer. Great company !

Nothing but great things to say about this family run business!

Absolute class. Had a great experience with Nikki from the customer experience side of things. I had paid for 4 tins but only 3 showed up in the order confirmation. I reached out to the team and they got back to me in a couple hours and escalated it as soon as possible, couple days later 4 tins and a couple extras as a courtesy showed up on my door step. Great to support a local Canadian family business and would definitely buy again and tell others I know to do the same. Thanks guys.

I received the wrong order and when I contacted the company without hesitation they replaced my order immediately. They truly care about their customers and the service they provide. I honestly can’t say enough good things…

I honestly can’t say enough good things about this team. Finding a reliable spot for both tobacco and tobacco-free products is one thing, but finding a company that actually cares about its customers is another.
Their pricing is more than fair, and the shipping speed is just outrageous—I don’t know how they get orders out that fast, but I’m not complaining!
What really blew me away, though, was the communication. I made a mistake on my last order, and instead of it just getting lost in the shuffle, I received four emails in a single day from their team. They were uncompromisingly attentive, making sure everything was corrected and exactly how I needed it.
I’m beyond happy with the experience. If you’re looking for a company that is professional, lightning-fast, and actually has your back, look no further. I’d recommend them without hesitation!

There was some sort of a delay in me getting a confirmation that my order had shipped,and I sent an email explaining the situation, and it was remedied immediately,,and by multiple people too I might add,so customers mean alot to them,,,,this is outstanding. Regards,,,Bruce.
