Great Service. Good, authentic products. Online chat with customer service is immediate and responsive. They took care of everything on the spot. I had a minor issue with shipping and they not only fixed the error, they applied a good will discount and a sample product. Super clean online ordering and interface. This is my 2nd order with them and I consider them as a solid vendor with real people I can contact with questions.

I have done business with native smokes for less, I would say, for about two years, give or take a wee bit.

I live in Alberta, they’re in Ontario and my product always arrives between four and five days without delay.
One added bonus is that for those that do not have ( or do not want to use a credit card) purchasing with your debit card is an option.
From the first moment of placing your order, through payment to final delivery of every purchase, this company acknowledges each step along the transaction.
And this is not just for first time purchases, after two years, it still is the norm.
Personally speaking, I recommend this company very, very highly.
Their customer client attitude can be a textbook case to teach other online companies on how to do it, right!

I have only ordered twice. Price is great. Delivery within a 2-3 business days. Second order had a mistake in it. CS (Nikki) was quick to make everything right with no hassles on my end. Will return. Recommended.

Primtimes...... been a few years without flavoured tobacco for me. These are better than the originals. Burn great, taste great, not too dry, not too tight. These be just right. Thank you for enhancing my smoking experience. Will definitely be ordering again.

We had issues with a package(UPS), it got returned for no reason. Native smokes did everything in their power to correct the problem. Always a good experience with them. Will be continuing to purchase from them in the near future!

Niimi from customer support was outstanding with helping me with my order making sure everything got processed properly as I was having issues. The quality and quantity of tobacco/nicotine products are remarkable and am so pleased with their fast delivery system!

Only issue I have is if they could find a better website portal or software or whatever as it can be slow at times but regardless it’s not a huge issue
