Easy to arrange online.
Very efficient car left nice and tidy.
Only negative is premises were hard to find. Only a small sign outside not easily viewed with parked vehicles outside.

Poor booking in service
National Windscreens have provided me with a date for my windscreen replacement - but can't tell me which time slot to arrive for - 9.00 am or 1.00 pm. I have a 1.5 hour drive to their depot so what do I do - leave at 7.30 am to get there at 9.00 and be told I've been allocated a slot after 1.00.
I wish I had an alternative company but these are who my insurers use - so I'm on to them.

The team did a good job However I had to get the cars snorkel taken off by a third party. This was factory fitted and meant additional cost and time. So a full service was not required I will ask before booking alternative companies
