Didn't check delivery
Original appointment was originally cancelled. On arrival for the rescheduled appointment for 0830. I was informed that the windscreen has been damaged during delivery. Replacement was due between 1130 and 1330. Finally left at about 1430. Also the screen that was replaced was not like for like.

Lack of customer focus…
Because this company doesn't operate a proper appointments system, my car sat for 2 hours without any work being done on it. The remote location from the town centre and lack of a bus service meant I was stick there, just watching my car sitting in the parking area. Any company that is customer focused would make sure that a proper appointment system was in place to prevent such things.

Great fitters, tint too dark
I was very happy with the fitters that arrived and did the job. No fault there, their manner and time taken and end result. However the level of tint of the rear windscreen was not as expected. I did say it was tinted in the phone making the booking however the tint is much darker than previously installed. I can barely see through the rear now and it impairs my view significantly.

Booking procedure was simple
Booking procedure was simple. Dropped off the car into the hands of the technician.
Got a call about 4 hours later to come and pick it up. All good and the humour from the blokes was great. A really pleasant experience.

Faultless very good service
The fitter was punctual, polite, social and professional, also replaced the broken window screen faultlessly with the correct screen.
I gave only four stars because like National windowscreens I believe there must be room for improvement even though I can't see how.
