Was very easy to organise, times were arranged to suit me. Replacement front windscreen due to a chip from a stone that could not be repaired. Operative that did the work was very friendly and helpful, called in advance and non issues at all with the replacement, i would recommend

Easy and convenient
Easy and convenient. Had a few difficulties with making my payment but managed it in the end.
Communication was good about day and time. The repairer was friendly and kept me up to date on the day of the repair. Given a 4 star as I couldn’t have repair done on same day. However, having it done at home was a bonus. Very good service

Will ask you to drive your car illegally
This is the only company my insurance would allow me to book with for windscreen repair. They ask a series of questions and when I uploaded pictures of a cracked windscreen they told me I would need to drive to their facility to have this fixed. It is illegal to drive with a cracked windscreen and when I phoned to explain this I was told that was my only option as they don’t offer home visits. They were openly telling me to drive illegally to make my appointment.

Windscreen replacement
Had a windscreen replaced. Service was fantastic. Steven sourced the new windscreen within a day and had it on an overnight transport, ready to be fitted the following day. Communication was great, letting me know exactly what was happening. Fitting and staff at the main premises in Ballieston could not have been better (even had the dog with me which was not a problem). Cannot recommend the staff and service highly enough.
