Overall a good experience
Overall a good experience, technician was friendly and efficient. They replaced the whole windscreen quickly. Only downside was that you are told they can’t give you an exact time of arrival. However my technician did ring me an hour before their potential arrival time which would have been nice to know before waiting most of the day for a spontaneous arrival.

Damage
The window was fitted well and the fitter was polite and professional, but once he had left we noticed that part of the trim was damaged. This has not been mentioned.

The whole experience with the team was outstanding. They accommodate my difficulties for availability and helped me through the process.
The fitter was very prompt and polite. He was in contact with me fro. The day before the fitting and all the way through the entire job.
I would recommend this service to anyone including friends and family.
Payment for the excess was done via his handheld payment system.
All went great. Fantastic job.
