Extremely disappointed with the service from National Windscreens' Doncaster branch.
After my Tesla Model 3 windscreen replacement, I found multiple issues including poor windscreen fitment, large gaps in the seals, missing trim clips, an unsecured scuttle panel, squeaking and rattling, a disconnected washer hose, and disconnected electrical connectors. I documented everything with photographs.
I completely lost confidence in the quality of the workmanship and requested that Tesla inspect and rectify the vehicle. Instead, National Windscreens simply insisted on another attempt themselves.
Awful company, awful service and incompetent.

I had a windscreen replacement performed by the Doncaster branch on 3rd July 2026, and the quality of work is dangerous and unprofessional.
My vehicle was returned with:
An improperly installed windscreen sitting higher than the roof glass.
Visible, large gaps in the seals.
Missing trim clips and a rattling/squeaking interior.
A disconnected washer hose that sprayed fluid into my electrical bay.
Disconnected electrical connectors under the scuttle panel.
A lack of ADAS system integrity due to poor installation.
Despite providing photographic evidence and explaining that the car is now unsafe to operate, the branch and their customer relations team have ignored my concerns and refused to rectify their mistakes. They even suggested I simply "switch off" safety features rather than fixing the faulty work.
I am now forced to pay for a professional repair at an authorised Tesla Service Centre to ensure the vehicle is safe. Do not use this branch they do not adhere to basic safety standards and provide no aftercare when things go wrong.
