Arranged for am visit but later changed to pm. by engineer .
Engineer clearly wanted to be on his way quickly and I had to ask him to do the repair again ( in my presence) which took longer using equipment not used on first repair. Not at all happy

Great service. Communication really good. Booked replacement through my insurance company. Received email & txt messages straight away to confirm date & times etc. Technician's were very helpful when dropping off & collecting my vehicle.

They replaced the windscreen in my Volvo XC90 and all sensors were adjusted correctly. There was a small issue with the Volvo On Call service, but they re-checked my car with no hassle.

They were meant to come to house but unfortunately due to weather could not. So I took to them. I waited in the waiting room which was nice and warm. Pleased with end result.

Excellent service from the guys, car ready on time. The only thing that could have improved the experience is that if it could have been done at a remote location instead of having to take the vehicle to fitting centre.

The windscreen had round rings on from the tools used to fit the screen it hadn’t been cleaned, there were bits of glass on the screen and glass on my dashboard I’m was disappointed that it wasn’t cleaned.
