Very disappointing experience.
After a windscreen replacement, I had wind noise at motorway speeds, visible gaps in the roof seal, and poorly fitted A-pillar trim. I returned to the branch, but the issue was not resolved.
A senior technician later confirmed the installation was incorrect and required refitting. However, due to delays from the company, this was not addressed before my vehicle had to be returned under a PCP agreement.
I was also concerned that the company later suggested I had declined repair or failed to make the vehicle available, which is not accurate. My concerns were due to PCP mileage limits and the vehicle no longer being taxed or insured. The delays were not on my side.
Overall, poor workmanship and frustrating complaint handling.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE

Happy customer
Initial assessment at home was that my windscreen wasn’t repairable and should be replaced. The new windscreen had to be ordered because it was a special model. Came within 2 weeks. Arranged for the work on a convenient day. Delivered the car and it was ready in 2 hours. All good. Staff friendly and polite. Would recommend to anybody.

As I had booked to have my windscreen…
As I had booked to have my windscreen replaced, I was welcomed to the centre as I drove into their parking area.
If I hadn't needed to return to work for a meeting, I would have made use of the warm seating area that was available for use whilst the windscreen was changed.
The staff were friendly and replaced my windscreen within the time they specified for the work.
I'd happily return, if I need work undertaking again.

Unbelievable waste of time service
Unbelievable waste of time service.
2 different bookings got messed arrond both times.
First time fit someone else into my slot and I had to cancel my work for all day.
Second time booked to replacement outside my house had the phone call to ask me to come.e to branch and when j turned up no fitter was there on Saturday morning other team members have to wake him up.
I have seen better service in India than this!

Really poor repair
Really poor repair. No attempt to get rid of star cracking just put repair fluid into crack without any grinding of the screen or even cleaning the surface. Hence repair looks appalling

Seamless and stress free service
Super friendly staff from the beginning, more friendly and helpful than my insurance company actually, the branch closest to me didn’t have appointments but managed to get me booked with another branch the following day. They fitted it super quick and came to my house. Seamless process.
