Excellent experience I dealt with Ruby who I would recommend 100% to anyone who is contacting this company. She is reliable professional yet friendly. My only complaint is that it’s really hard to get through to somebody at this company unless you email , phoning is a waste of time. lastly,, my claim took no more than six months from starts to finish it was seamless. Working alongside Kathryn on my claim…
Working alongside Kathryn on my claim this past 5 years has been wonderful, she is an incredible attentive and intuitive individual who always made sure to do her best to solve any problems or assist me with any queries I had. She works very professionally efficiently, and responsively, I never had to worry about her not getting back to my emails or returning my calls. I would definitely recommend NAL as a company and even more so if Kathryn is part of the business.

I cannot recommend National Accident…
I cannot recommend National Accident Law based on my experience. My mother's claim did not progress beyond disputes about instructions and a registered LPA. After weeks of correspondence, the firm ultimately confirmed that no substantive work had been carried out. I terminated the retainer due to a loss of confidence in the firm's handling of the matter. While the firm eventually agreed to close the file and seek no costs, I was left with the impression that significant time had been wasted and that the claim had not moved forward.

I tripped over a dislodged inspection cover fracturing my elbow. I instructed NAL to take up the case from day one the procedure was less stressful than I was expecting and given the procedure in laymans terms that was easy to follow from medical information that was needed to losses I needed to report went through without a hitch

I contacted National Accident Law following an incident when a car hit mine. From the initial call, to the successful conclusion, the support received over the last year has been superb.
