Started my claims process easily
Started my claims process easily, the first agent I spoke to was Malcolm, he was knowledgeable and asked questions to see how they could help, after speaking with him, i was then transferred to Aaliyah who went through the information in abit more detail. She listened and answered all questions clearly and made sure I understood.
She also talked me through step by step the information portal to enter other information needed to continue.
