Do not buy parts from NAPA’s online…
Do not buy parts from NAPA’s online store. You will not be able to return the parts to a NAPA store. I purchased $900 worth of brake parts (Brembo rotors and Akebono pads for 2 cars) that their website said guaranteed fit for my cars and $500 of the parts were incorrect. Tried to return to store and they stated I had to deal with NAPA Online. Well 3 months later, 4 calls and 10 emails and no responses to emails and no resolution.
No Manners
Spoke to a guy at the 28450 Gratiot Ave (Roseville, MI) location. It was around 9:40 am, his customer service skills were a joke---get some manners.

I bought 2 dash mats for my Toyota Prius and Toyota Tundra, they didn’t fit at all. They wanted to charge 37.00 return fee. Scammers at best …0 stars would be more like it.

Napa don’t last 12 months
August 2023 bought 2 napa batteries and in May 2024 had problems with loosing charge replaced under warranty in August 2024 after auto electrician could not find a fault on my van
2025 same problem but not covered under warranty they don’t last 12 months

Rip off
Ordered a condenser through their site on Ebay and it went with no problems. Then I went direct to Napa and orderd a radiator for same vehicle, I had had hassle with delivery and trying to get an invoice out of them!! poor cust ser. Back on their Ebay site I found the radiator was some 90 pounds cheaper than what they charged me. I emailed customer service and asked for an explanation over a month ago. I shall not buy from them again not even on Ebay.

I ordered a Fuel cap, waited a week and they shipped me 2 filters for a car!!!!! So i call customer service and they told me to repackage the filters and take to ups store and they will email me a return label !!!!! Are they out of their minds!!!!! Faulty parts with no refund or replacement AVOID
Over £500 out of pocket due to a faulty part return. Chis is refusing to take or return my calls. My customer is without their vehicle, which remains blocking a ramp in my business.
Please explain why a replacement part or refund is being completed.

Horrible experience trying to buy a part online. Was sent the wrong part and the process to return it and get the right part that I already paid for is an absolute nightmare. Take your money LITERALLY anywhere else.
Vacationers needing help
My husband and I were travelling along the west coast of Newfoundland when we were rear ended. Our insurance adjuster told us to take the car to Carstar in St Johns. When they told us they don’t do mechanical work, we were stuck. Our muffler & tailpipe were hanging, and we just needed someone to connect things long enough to get us back home to Ontario. We tried Minute Muffler, but he wouldn’t give us the time if day. We saw the Napa Autopro across the street on Topsail Rd and went in and spoke with their General Manager, Amy Gibbons. That woman has a heart of pure gold. After explaining our dilemma, she immediately sent a guy out to bring in our vehicle. He put a temporary fix in place and said if it didn’t hold, just come back, but he felt this would get us home. Amy was very reassuring and wouldn’t let us pay anything. Their main concern was that we were alright, She said that no one on vacation should feel stranded with no one willing to help. We only have the highest praise for these people and would highly recommend them.
Terrible. Money gone. NAPA won't respond
Ordered a wheel bearing online. Payment is committed and the order has died somewhere internal to NAPA. I was supposed to receive this in two days but it's been over a week and three phone calls. Nobody at NAPA can help as the warehouse "isn't responding" to their emails. They won't issue a refund without the warehouse shipping the part and me shipping it back.... and it looks unlikely I'll ever receive the part. $170 GONE.

I placed an online order shipped to my house on July 2 2025. I order 5 parts said I would have them by the 6th of July. Did not have one part by the 6th. Parts started showing up from the 7th to the 10th of July. On July 10th finally got last of 5 parts ordered. Opened package to see part box Opened part box and there was no part in box,I waited 8 days for an empty box. Immediately called Napa to let them know about this failure. They cared more about who delivered the package,and who filled the package than getting me my part I ordered and paid for. I was told I would be notified within 24 to 48 hours and never happened. I called back for second time 5 days after,with no resolve,called back after 15 days of making order and still no time line when I'm getting my part. Do not order anything from Napa and have it sent to your house. I ordered on July 2 2025 and today is July 18 2025 without an answer or part from Napa. I don't think ther u realize there a car parts company. I repete don't order anything online and shipped to your house. I'm still waiting to be able to fix my vehicle,and Napa only cares about who packed and shipped the part. Worst customer service I've ever seen from a car parts store. Won't last long if this is how you take care of paying customers. Do not order online parts from Napa, you won't get your parts and they don't care.

My 2023 Subaru Outback had a battery…
My 2023 Subaru Outback had a battery issue on Saturday and I went to dealer service but they were closed so the salesperson suggested I go to NAPA as they have batteries for my car. I went there and they had one for my car. Craig installed it eventhough they don't usually do installs on a Saturday but they weren't too busy at the time. It took just 10 minutes to install. I really appreciated that.
Poor Customer Service
Low quality parts, poor customer service and they will not warranty any of their tools, parts or equipment they sell.
Manager at Wheaton, MN location has no customer service skills and probably shouldn't have a job that has anything to do with customer interaction!
I was mad, but they remedied the situation and I'm thankful
I want to update my review after Napa customer service was able to waive return fees for me after I had complained. I am very appreciative of them for that and will give them another shot in the future when I need an auto part.
