Sold me the wrong brake caliper gave me…
Sold me the wrong brake caliper gave me a hard time just to return it had to go through back and forth arguing.
NAPA should be avoided at all cost!
I purchased a battery charger from NAPA online for 189.00
Received a defective non working item
Was refused a simple return via corporate by email
Disputed the rejection to return and again was denied
Even when i filed a return request in the
required time
What seems like a logical reasonable return of a defective item turned into deceit by Napa
SCAM COMPANY!!!
A ZERO would be best for this scam of a company! I purchased an air compressor online and within 30 minutes cancelled it and then received notification that it was shipped to me three days later. I rejected it on delivery and two days later found it on my porch. I contacted corporate and they apologized and gave me a return #. As per instructions from Napa online corporate I took it personally to the ups store and shipped. Well one month goes by and still no refund. Checked the ups slip only to find it was returned to Napa days after sending it back. I called Napa and told them that I would be disputing it with my credit card because I have documentation showing proof of shipping and that you have received it. My bank credit card sent me a letter which Napa sent my bank card company claiming that I have received the product and never returned it and that I am miss using my credit card. Well even after I sent documentation to everyone at least my bank card company took my side with overwhelming evidence and believed me so now I’m looking into legal options as Napa literally claimed I’ve stolen the product and falsely filed a claim. They’re a trash company and warn everyone to stay away!!!
Horrible, expensive, crap
One NAPA store wont return unused parts, with a receipt, bought from another NAPA store. They wont stand behind their product or warranty. Huge ripoff. Autozone is so much better!
About supervisor of the store in Winnipeg (1775 Ellice Street)
Cheryl Ferguson at the store located at 1775 Ellice Street in Winnipeg is the worst supervisor I have ever seen in my whole life. I have not yet met such incompetent managers who do not know their work and their responsibilities. She doesn't know how to do anything at all and does not know what she is responsible for, and does not know how to manage at all. How she became a supervisor is unknown, but I wonder for what reason. It is impossible to discuss anything with her and agree on anything. And the employees of her management cannot stand it for long, and resign at the first opportunity. I know for sure that under her leadership, this store does not receive any profits, but will bear only one loss. I ask the management of the company to check the professional knowledge and skills of this manager and whether she can hold this position, because I know for sure that under her leadership, things will not end well for this store and its employees.
I spent $5k for a snowplow thru napa…
I spent $5k for a snowplow thru napa and a receiver hitch. Plow shipped right away but was missing parts. On the napa website for the order the receiver hitch was showing a two week ship time. I got online and asked why it showed me it would ship next day when I ordered and now it was showing two weeks? CSR told me my "Jeep was an antique and they don't have those laying around". what a crock, I asked to cancel and bought one from e-trailer who had them in stock and ready to ship. Went to bed assuming the napa hitch would be canceled but low and behold I wake up next morning and there is a tracking number. no pickup just a tracking number. I asked to cancel again and was told "there was nothing they could do". They were very rude to boot. I don't think I will be doing any future business with these jack asses!
Do not order online
Ordered parts, delivered to my home. They were the wrong parts. Went to return them at a local Napa. Was told I could only return online if shipped to my house (really dumb policy) and I did everything by their protocol.. still 15 days later no refund. I’ve called 3 times. Literally on the phone with them now (on hold) as I write this review. It’s awful.

Poor quality parts.

Quality control must not exist with this company.
The only reason I've given 2 stars is the way the local branch handled this. Direct swap for a good unit from stock. Not the first time I've had issues with Napa parts but it will be the last as I've decided I won't fit anything in the Napa range ever again. If the bits I can see are poor quality. Then what about the bits I can't. 🤔
Even if it says guaranteed to fit it's not guaranteed
I ordered a part online put in all the correct information the online ad said it was guaranteed to fit so I bought it went and picked it up the picture on the box looked like it was the right part but when I got home this part didn't have the sensor on it it was a wheel hub so I took it back everything was good except then I got to pay more money for something that was guaranteed to fit I didn't get my discount anyway for the original one and I didn't get a discount this time I had to pay more so I should get at least a $20 refund
Shocking company
Shocking company
Will double what you owe them
Then will not communicate will you and take you to court even when a payment plan has been set up
Avoid…
The Coleraine Northern Ireland branch would not properly test or replace a faulty 12v car battery. A terrible way to do business. I will never step foot in any of their stores again. Avoid at all costs!
the local guys in Cedar…
the local guys in Cedar Park...Alex...super helpful and informative. They always carry quality parts...not the cheapest...but the service and support are worth paying a little more than Amazon prices for. Highly recommended.
Napa sucks
Tried to return my item nothing but a hassle had to take pictures send to them then was told looks fine to us nothing but a hassle trying to return needless to say I didn't return it so napa enjoy my money I will never purchase anything from you again
Very poor battery life
Very poor battery life . Won't be buying them again
Bad Customer Support
If you ever need to call NAPA Customer Support for an issue, don’t, the worst support ever. They use a foreign overseas company who employees work from their home. No call backs after they promised to research your request and they give you an incident number, which basically tells you that you need to call back and follow up yourself. Totally frustrating.
Worst Mistake Ever.
Do NOT use this company. Choosing to order NAPA Online was the worst mistake ever. Needed a rear main seal kit to get My vehicle running. Ordered on Sep 15, showed overnight shipping to Me. UPS lost the order. Contacted NAPA, they said they would get it shipped back out again. 1 week later, there is still no status on the part. Customer Service is unable to talk to the warehouse except through Email. It's been 1 week since the replacement was supposed to be shipped, but they have no information on it. All they do is say they're sorry and send the warehouse an "urgent request" to get information on a tracking number. Worst experience I've ever had.
I'm not sure but i think they have the…
I'm not sure but i think they have the worst return policy in the nation
worst customer service I've experienced in a long time
ordered some filters because online said I could get them the next day. they did not arrive for 4 days. the first one I opened was damaged/defective (not by UPS but had been damaged prior to shipping). I phoned their customer service. A total waste of time. Rep said they were going to file a claim with UPS even though I told them that the filter wasn't damaged by UPS (it had clearly been used or opened prior to shipping). And he wouldn't even send an expedited replacement to me but said it could take 5 days to get me a replacement (for a stock item!!!). And, no, I couldn't take it into a store to exchange it. He (Marcus) said that wasn't an option. Great. Will shop at a different auto parts store in the future.
A NAPA company van from the Shrewsbury…
A NAPA company van from the Shrewsbury branch has been parking on a blind bend, near to a junction for well over a year on every evening and all weekend. This is just inconsiderate, it is dangerous to other drivers. When I raised concerns on a local parking page, the driver tried to justify his parking in this location, instead of correcting his behaviour and someone posted on the page that he has a big enough drive for him to park his van there but chooses not to. On contacting the branch yesterday to report the parking of the van, the nice chap that answered asked if I had rung up last week to report it, so other people are reporting it and nothing is happening! Shockingly unprofessional and something that NAPA should address when it is their name plastered all over the van.
