A carriage would deliver packages faster all over EU than Naetur

My order was placed on 23rd November and I did not get even a confirmation e-mail about successfully processing everything. I said to myself, okay, BF is starting, I will wait a couple of days - maybe I will get it? Waiting, waiting,... nothing.

I wrote to them on 29th November if they can send me a tracking number of my package (still, I have not received nothing in my inbox) and they answered me pretty quickly, but did not give me an answer to my question.

Yesterday, on the 5th December, after 9 work days I received an email that my order is complete. Are you guys serious? And still no tracking number anywhere in e-mail.

I totally get it that there can be delays around BF, but sorry, we are not in covid times anymore, where there was an extreme increase in e-commerce.

I work in e-commerce as well but I have never seen such unprofessional behaviour from a company that sells B2C. And them stating that there can be delays because of increased demand of orders in EU that DHL needs to process, is total BS - because everything is running smoothly with DHL in a company that I work at.

It was indeed very busy due to Black Friday, but almost all emails and messages were answered within 24-48 hours. And fortunately most of the packages were processed within 1-2 days and sent out in time. Unfortunately we've also had some delay with a couple of orders. We've contacted those customers to find a fitting solution/compensation for the delay.

Also the client support team is kind and very obliging.
Once I faced a problem, it got solved very easily.

Good review after my Order by Naetur

I ordered twice from Naetur so far & i absolutely love all my items i’ve purchased. The quality is marvelous and i also love the little packages in which they are delivered, because you can reuse them afterwards, which i often do. It’s so practical and sustainable and for that, two big reasons to order at this Brand. Plus the customer services is one of the best. Reliable and soon to always answer you back in case of a problem, which actually was the case at my latest order. At the end, Naetur handled it amazing and even gave me a shipping refund, which is very thoughtful 👍🏽.

It was the first time I purchased some…

It was the first time I purchased some jewellery from Naetur & I love it! At first I had some troubles receiving my package but after contacting Naetur via Instagram, Boris of the customer service quite immediately called me and apologised for the inconvenience. They made me receive my package the next day and compensated me. Very professional and personal at the same time. Thanks again, Boris! I’m in love with the jewellery I bought.

Great customer service

Naetur has one of the best customer services I have ever experienced. They are super friendly and will explain anything to you with no hesitation! My order was delayed and they refunded me the shipping cost as well as they were super kind to apologize me explain to me how my order was going. Also the products themselves are amazing and great quality! I will definitely order again sometime.

I might be their best customer :)))

I believe I must have spent over 800 EUR at Naetur, which means I own quite a few of their stuff :) so this is really an honest experience:

- I like their clothing a lot. I have several sweaters and sweatpants. At the beginning they shed a lot, but after a couple of washes it goes away. I have never had anything rip or wash out. I love that they’re not lined and can be worn in warmer months as well. I size up for an oversized fit.
- Their silver jewelry is great, doesn’t change color at all. It’s not super thick and not sterling, but it’s a good value for the money.
- Their gold is less great, plating is not as nice, but it doesn’t come off (I’ve had MUCH more expensive brands where plating peeled off after water contact).
- I don’t wear a lot of strass, but what I have from them is in great condition (no fallen stones).

Overall I love the affordable jewelry that I can wear to the beach and in the gym and I don’t die every time I lose a piece. However, I’ve been following them for quite a while and I noticed the price increase in the last year or so.

BUT customer service has to improve. I’ve had a couple of questions that I never got answered, which is not uncommon, but my last order was missing an item and it took me a few emails and IG messages before I even got a response. One day somebody would be responding to IG messages but then leave in the middle of a conversation and dissappear for several days without reading further messages. They did sent the missing item, but in a wrong size. Then the next day ANOTHER sweater appears at my dorstep. I am now returning the wrong sized one at my own expense, which is not terrible, but I would appreciate prompt communication just to get the feeling someone is getting my emails.
They are very appreciative and have sent me multiple freebies, which is super nice, but it doesn’t mean they don’t need to work on customer support.

I will continue to be their customer, but keep my fingers crossed I won’t need support anymore :))

Trustful brand, good customer service via Instagram!

Love the brand, the beautiful jewellery and clothes, especially the quality and aesthetics! I ordered before and received everything perfectly and fast. Unfortunately my last order was pre registered by a post station 3 times but not sended. I wrote to the customer service and a few days later my package was packed and pre registered again. I texted also with their instagram page and got very helpful nice answers. I didn‘t doubt the brand because i already made good experiences. Mistakes can happen always and anywhere. The package arrived after one month and i am as always very happy with my order! I even got a little extra gift which makes me really happy!
Looking forward to my next order! Thanks for the help.

Guys I wish I read your reviews before…

Guys I wish I read your reviews before…I made my order at 15th of July…still didn’t get my package. But the most weird thing that customer service is awful. I didn’t get any responds.I sent them message on their form on the site, Instagram, several emails and no responds at all. I have no idea may be you guys right and it’s scam.
Guys I have some updates. I got my package at 1st of August. Again no responds from Naetur.com. The quality of my sporty suit is ok not great for such a price. By the way I didn’t get 10% off when you give your email to get news and they keep sending me their commercials. I would like to return my package but the question is HOW? If they don’t respond at all I don’t think that I get my money back even if I send them package back.

I just wanted to say I was nervous at…

I just wanted to say I was nervous at first since I read the customer service wasn’t so great… BUT they were phenomenal. My package said delivered but it wasn’t there (now I think it might have been stolen) not only did they resend my order they also gave me a personalized discount code for their site! This was the best customer service I’ve ever had! And the jewelry is really cute too xx

Bad quality !!

The concept is interesting and made me buy expensive clothes for my home based work days. Unfortunately the quality of those clothes is very bad, all is falling apart after few weeks. I contacted the company, they answered that this should not happen, but the 8 weeks guarantee has just passed… I understand this short guarantee period… very disappointing

Naetur is NOW astrong company with beautiful designs and a great concept.

I first made an order with Naetur in the latter part of last year (2021) unfortunately I experienced a malfunction with one of the pieces and it was an absolute struggle to get help cause no matter what I did I couldn't reach the customer service. And so a couple of months went by. Now you might wonder why I've chosen to give them 5 stars after this experience... Did I lose my mind in the absolutely tedious process? The answer is no haha I chose to give Naetur 5 stars for several reasons.

1)
After more than 2 months of no response, I finally managed to get a hold of a Naetur representative because I complained of one of their social media posts. An extremely friendly and understanding customer service representative reached out to me and wanted to hear what issues I had with the jewelry and the business in general. Upon telling him of my issues, he fixed it promptly by both refunding me for the broken bits and by sending me a new piece as a sign of apology and goodwill.
It was a beautiful gesture that deserves a good review in itself.

2)
Naetur has a lot of beautifully designed jewelry and clothing. Not everything they make speaks to me but the pieces that do, I love soooo much that they easily become the favorite pieces of jewelry that I own.
The jewelry is very diverse in its design, which makes me sure that most people are able to find something they love. I also love that the pieces are very distinct, I haven't been able to find anything like the pieces I bought at Naetur anywhere else.
Another thing I love about the design is that it is suitable for women of all ages. I bought the same pieces I wear for my mother who is 64 years old (I myself am 32) and they look as radiant on her as they do on me.

3)
The third reason might be the most important one. Upon talking to the Naetur representative and receiving his help, it became clear to me that this is a well-meaning, young company who in its short life has learned a lot of things and improved everything from products to customer service. For that reason, I'm convinced that the issues many of us had with the company last year aren't an issue anymore. I feel 100% safe shopping at Naetur and I will do so again the next time I fall in love with more of their gorgeous pieces. I hope to try out their clothing line very soon too.

The long and the short of it is that Naetur did have a lot of issues but with hard work, they've made up for it all and is now a strong company with beautiful designs and a great concept.
I highly recommend it!

I can totally recommend NAETUR

I can totally recommend NAETUR. The products are amazing (jewelry and clothes) and in totally good quality!

On my latest order I got sent wrong earrings and they solved the “problem” so quick and very very polite.

Thank you so much for that and I will definitely order again.

Amazing Company and Products!!!

The jewellery from Naetur are absolutely stunning and of super high quality! I have a couple pieces that I wear every day and nothing has happened to them at all (i.e. fading), it looks exactly like when I first opened the packaging. I 100% recommend Naetur if you are looking for high-quality jewellery that are not only very pretty and fashionable, but affordable as well.

I would also like to add that their customer service is great. On a recent order I accidentally made a mistake during checkout, and when I reached out one of the team members was prompt in responding to my emails and helped me out in the kindest way possible, which I really appreciate!

Overall, amazing company and products!

P.S. Thank you, Naetur! I love your jewellery and I will happily continue to order from you for a long time. (:

I ordered a t shirt and unfortunately…

I ordered a t shirt and unfortunately it got lost in the mail, I was worried that I won’t get it by the time I leave the uk , I contacted Naetur via Instagram, a guy named Boris answer me he was so helpful and searched for my shipment and sent me a new delivery via dhl with a beautiful gift. So it turned out to r really good customer service I love the products and I am happy overall .

I can only give a positive feedback

I can only give a positive feedback. All the items have a very good quality, from jewelry to clothing. With the express delivery, as soon as I order, the package is ready to leave and takes only one day to arrive in Italy.
Also the team is available and friendly.
I really recommend this brand!!
