Are you serious? You didnt send our purchased necklace and didnt even respond mails!!! We wanted refund but u didnt answer aswell!! You are thiefs!!

The hammer I had ordered is absolutely perfect, and definitely "worth it's weight"! Extremely sturdy, polished, and lightly oiled upon receiving it, in it's wooden, well sculpted "crate". I added a Scandinavian cloth "pillow", (stuffed with pillow stuffing), to help hold this magnificent beast for display in the "crate", and it is just outstanding! I am ready for the "Zombie Apocalypse", until she pulls my arm out of socket! :D

Still havent received anything, no money back, no goods, no nothing.
I have written mails, facebook posts etc..! Got 1 response 2 months ago, that it was on its way, but no. No shipment notes or anything.

Quick delivery and great price

The delivery went very well, in a good protecting package, however, I could not track my package and did not know when it may arrive, so I had to stay all days at home, waiting for it to not miss. Moreover, the size of the ring I ordered appeared to be too big, so I contacted the service email saying I want a return of the current ring and order of the new one in a new size, accepting all the costs of sending the old ring back and paying extra. I sent 3 emails within 30 days since the delivery and I got no response so I just had to accept the fate of having a wrong size ring. That is quite disappointing to observe that the products of such a good quality and creativity are under a very poor control of contact team and support team.

Honestly I don’t know what happened but I never received anything not even a email that package has been sent nor that package is delivered and is ready for me to pickup from the post office? ! I’m clueless!

Well for one my oder never f***ing arrived and yall won't give me my money back....

I placed and order in November of 2023. It is now almost March of 2024 and I still do not have my items. Usually with this company it takes about 40 days for me to get things, this time it has been too long and very little response from customer service.

No customer service at all! Have two orders from months ago and still haven't received anything.
