Great service
The whole process from my first call to the engineer arriving and diagnosing the fault was very efficient. The engineer then had to order the part and come back a couple of days later to fit it, which meant we were without our fridge/freezer over a whole weekend, noone's fault, just a fact of life.

Job done, but unnessary confusion
I said my microwave needed attention.your reply said a dryer rather than a microwave so I messaged saying that was wrong.you thanked me for doing so.
You said the engineer would phone me first. He didn't. Instead he turned up saying he had come about my spin dryer. Had he phoned I could have told him that was wrong.
So far, so very slipshod and slovenly and not even worth a two star rating. Your engineer seemed uncertain about what needed doing but he sorted it out within a couple of minutes and I paid the agreed fixed fee of £85.
Next time I shall try to find a local handyman.

Unqualified recommendation
Cannot recommend highly enough. A rescue from an oven cleaning firm who damaged the oven to make it unusable. They came quickly, ordered the part and were back to fix it successfully.
It's clear that have real technical expertise but were also a delight to deal with.

Paul who came to do my oven was excellent. He replaced the oven element but it had also blown another item so he took cooker apart till he found what it was and repaired it.

Job done
The engineer turned up on time, ignored my barking dog and fixed the problem. Only issue afterwards is the level of water still left at the end of the cycle. But that could be caused by the hose still laying flat on the floor. Machine cleans again so job done thanks.

Fixed fee and perseverance
Took 3 visits to get it fixed as the fix for the induction hob fault wasn’t obvious, but our engineer Nick persevered. Would recommend as it’s a fixed fee including the initial call out to diagnose the issue.
