Phil was excellent. Found the fault and fixed it. Answered all my questions. Very efficient. Am a bit worried about him becoming dehydrated as he wouldn’t accept any refreshments from me lol. Nice guy and a job well done. Thanks.

The day my cooker died
The engineer arrived promptly and from start to finish he was polite, intelligent and helpful. He explained everything clearly and made recommendations, which we have since followed.
This was not a straight forward appliance repair and has been thoroughly investigated to fix the problem.

We contacted NAC online for a cooker repair. Had a very quick call back. An engineer immediately called to arrange a visit; called on the morning to arrange time. He turned up on time and did the repair extremely efficiently. Can’t fault them

Fantastic service from NAC
NAC were easy to contact and arranged for an engineer to call us - he rang shortly after and we managed to get a same-day visit; he obviously knew what he was doing (not the case with some companies) and completed the repair on that first visit ... 5* service all round.

New Belt gone after 5 months. Tough luck - no warranty on service or part.
Had new belt and bearings fitted to tumble dryer 5 months ago. First time belt had gone. I live on my own so not a heavy user. Belt and bearings replaced however the new belt has just gone. Contacted company. Only 3 month service warranty and no warranty on the part. Tough luck "in our terms and conditions" - you have to book another repair. What about if the fella did not fit belt properly or it was defective? Tough - hey ho. You have been warned.

An appointment with an engineer was offered at a good and convenient date. Communication with the help-line and the engineer himself was very clear. The engineer arrived on time and carried out the repair to the element of my fan oven quickly and competently. The cost was very reasonable. Would definitely use again.

Leaking washer
Rang to book for a repair to my washing machine which had leaked water during the last load. Engineer called as phone call, checked the washer thoroughly but could not find where a leak could be coming from. He was very kind and considerate and didn’t make me feel stupid. Will definitely use the company again.

Competitive price, friendly and skilled tradesman
The operator was nice and the quote competitive. They were able to send someone the next day. Rad arrived within the time slot, was friendly, knowledgeable and skilled. All my cooker needed was a new battery, which I provided. He showed me how to replace it in the future. One burner needed a little attention and I now have a fully working gas cooker!
